Our next milestone will be tomorrow friends when we reach Tom Turkey Day #2 in our Winter Wonderland. That Winter Wonderland continues today of course and we look below for our Weekly Wednesday Poll!
What’s your Thanksgiving Breakfast like?

What’s your Thanksgiving Breakfast like?
- I don’t eat breakfast on Thanksgiving (have to save room for the turkey).
- I don’t have a traditional Thanksgiving Breakfast but I make something special each year.
- I have a boring regular breakfast (like cereal) on Thanksgiving.
- I never eat breakfast and Thanksgiving is no different.
- I’m going with B. I don’t have a traditional Thanksgiving breakfast but I do make something special each year. Actually for like 4 or 5 years in a row I did have a traditional one of waffles and bacon and then we started alternating it the last several years to French toast, or order something from the dinner, sausage mcmuffin/hashbrowns etc. But always something tasty and special to kick of Thanksgiving Day. Not the healthy answer, but honestly "A". Most Thanksgiving mornings I am running a 5k Turkey Trot, so no time for breakfast. Plus, I always want to save "extra" room for Thanksgiving dinner! Again not healthy and I don't recommend it, but that's what happens to me!

I usually have cereal or maybe some oatmeal.
I guess I'd answer "C" also. Since we're going to be doing a lot of cooking, I usually just go pick up a box of donuts and some kolaches. It is kinda boring, but Thanksgiving Dinner more than makes up for it.

Freedom of choice!B or C. I usually ask the family if they want breakfast and what they want. Some years I make a breakfast casserole, some years we have donuts, sometime cereal or cold pepperoni bread
B. It usually isn’t fancy but I try to plan something that I look forward to enjoy after the first rush of activity is over

We have reached Tom Turkey Day #2! Shout out to Rich who invented this monthly holiday and milestone in this thread. We move along in our Winter Wonderland and some of you might be wondering what is the next milestone? Well folks let me tell you something. Our next milestone is going to be the Arrival of February 1 week from today. But you know what? The very next day we have a HUGE milestone and that will be the 300-Day Marker till Thanksgiving. That will be the final 3’s count in this thread ever again. Wow. Well to slow things down let’s do our daily Thursday topic by talking about our Thanksgiving Thought Thursday!
Sometimes the weather makes me think of a holiday. Like when it’s so cold out I think of Christmas. And when it’s cool out I think of Halloween. I think the weather that I feel makes me think of November and Thanksgiving is often in March. Often it feels like late autumn when we’re in late winter or early spring. It’s nice to have those thoughts during the year just based off the weather. It makes you smile at thinking about different things that nobody else is. The weather definitely can make you feel like a certain time of year is here even when it’s not.
Well turkey friends our weather here is getting milder. And I’m ok with that. But it would be nice if it stopped raining. Turkey friends stay dry and enjoy your Thursday and leave us a Thanksgiving Thought. Have a great Jealous January!

Happy Tom Turkey Day! There's a very distinct "Fall Feel" outside right now, it's a cool morning in the 40's and the daytime high reaches 55 and that is just beautiful Fall weather. It's easy to feel like Thanksgiving is right around the corner, or even Halloween! Have a wonderful Tom Turkey Day!
We are supposed to hit 50 or a little above...def strange for January but I will take it...it feels like March weather heading into spring!
