Thanksgiving 2024 Thread

We are closing in on the elusive Turkey Day!
The big day!
My turducken will arrive tomorrow. I already have my ham and seafood. I have MOST of the fixings for everything but I need one more trip to Publix tomorrow morning. I'm having a big dinner this Sunday, then it will be all hands on deck......my hands. LOL
For the first time, I've made cookie dough and frozen it. It seems like everyone has a favorite and I don't want to disappoint. I'll make the apple pie on Wednesday. I actually have a spreadsheet telling me when to take certain things out of the refrigerator and when to make things.
It's exciting, yet exhausting.

- I do love this coming weekend. And I do love Black Friday just because we have off and I do Christmas shopping. And that weekend is an extension of it, however, you all know me. Thanksgiving Eve is like my 1 day that I am obsessed with more than most humans on earth. B. That’s my answer. What about you? Turkey friends have a great day. Gobble Gobble. Hey Folks! Yeah I think I have to answer "B" on this one, despite a litany of great choices. There's just so much of a sense of peace on Thanksgiving Eve. Its easy to make the Christmas Eve or Christmas Eve Eve comparisons. And that day is coming our way SOON!
