Happy Easter! Today folks we move along and see that we have 221 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 195 days left until November and 134 days to go until The Bers. We move along in our Stress-Free Spring with our next milestone arriving on Thursday with Tom Turkey Day #5. It will be a big one folks. It’s Sunday friends so time for our 2nd half of our Quiet Weekend Period. Definitely a great time to sit back, relax, and enjoy. The best to all of you my friends. I hope your week is going well. And I hope your Easter Weekend has been special so far. The best to your family and friends as you celebrate this day. And truly I feel like we are at another big turning point here. After this it’s almost the real hardcore spring for the next month + heading towards Memorial Day. Let’s not get ahead of ourselves of course but it’s obvious that is a big one and that week when we reach some crazy insane markers which really sprinkle out around the month of May. For now, we enjoy April and Easter. And I hope it’s a good one for all of you. The best to you and I hope you have a great holiday with everyone. The best to you and yours on this Sunday. Happy Easter Monday! Today folks we move along and see that we have 220 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 194 days left until November and 133 days to go until The Bers. We move along on this Monday and begin a brand new week here in our Stress-Free Spring with our next milestone arriving on Thursday with Tom Turkey Day #2. It’s going to be a good one folks. With it being Monday let’s start off the week right with our Weekly Countdown till Thanksgiving Week which stands now at 31 weeks. Wow we’re heading towards a big turning point in so many ways next week folks. So many ways. And you’ll see in the Hang Out starting next weekend when we start talking about all comparisons of times of the year. We’re really going full out now that we have gone through Easter. Happy Monday! I am off work today so I am enjoying a slow start and spending some extra time here. The Weekly Countdown is a must every Monday and I look forward to eadh day throughout the week here, although I will admit that some weeks the Poll is just too hard for me to choose! LOL! I need to re-group and plan for Tom Turkey Days and Rudolph Days.

Happy Monday, turkey friends! Back to work for me today after a week of vacation. It's so hard to go back to work, but the next time I'll be off will be Memorial Day, a.k.a. the opening of the Road to the Bers, so that's something I'll look forward to.

Easter is usually a ham meal for us, but I'm not a big ham guy, so if we're hosting I try to make something different. Unfortunately, this year I was not hosting, so ham it was. We also had green beans and scalloped potatoes. It was good, but not Thanksgiving good.

I made a spiral ham with a homemade glaze, candied yams, baked mac and cheese, devil eggs and veggies. Dessert was an upside down pineapple cake and an andes mint cream pie.

Well, it’s Tuesday folks and I hope your week got off to a good start yesterday so let’s hope it goes even better today. You know what Tuesday means in this thread. It’s Picture Day! Time to post pictures of your favorite scenes from Autumn and Thanksgiving. 2 of my favorite words and a little cross promotion but in the Hang Out today we talk about which is the real Autumn Holiday – Halloween or Thanksgiving? I am sure some people will have conflicting ideas, which is ok as we always appreciate everyone’s feedback. There’s always more than one way to look at these types of discussions which is what makes MMC fun. Discussing them with like-minded individuals who love The Bers and Autumn like most of us do. Turkey friends I hope your week is going well and that you enjoy your Tuesday. It should be a good one I hope for you. And I hope it feels a little like autumn.
