Happy May Mid-Week! Today folks we move along and see that we have 197 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 171 days left until November and 110 days to go until The Bers. We move along in our Stress-Free Spring with our next milestone arriving in 8 days. It will be Tom Turkey Day. And in 10 days we’ll reach the biggest milestone of the year. 100 days till The Bers. The Summer Sweatfest shall begin then. It’s Wednesday folks so let’s look at our Weekly Wednesday Poll below!

- At first glance everyone is going to say D…but be careful. When Autumn ends, we’re into Christmas Week. And you’re not thinking much about it ending. But as soon as Christmas is over you may miss it. Depends how you want to answer this but I am going to stick with D. I still love autumn as much as the holiday season, so I still miss it. I would have to say D too...I do love the weather and the excitement of getting into the holiday season!
D, easy choice. I know Christmas Week is upon us when Autumn ends, but that's still only just one week. Autumn contains 95% of the Bers.
It'd be kind of cool if Christmas was January 25th...like extend the holiday season by 1 month...still keep Thanksgiving where it is but keep the first half of winter looking forward to Christmas!
Yes! And a better chance of a white Christmas.

It will be the 100-Day Marker till The Bers. That day is like the biggest turning point of the year to me. Turkey friends it’s Thursday so let’s do our Thanksgiving Thought Thursday below!
I told a friend this week feels like the week before Thanksgiving. It feels like anticipation of heading towards the big week leading to Memorial Day. It’s like Thanksgiving Week in a way. Yet it’s the total opposite. Entering summer vs. entering the holiday season. Could 2 things be opposite yet oddly similar?
I always have random thoughts about the calendar, time(s) of year and of course Thanksgiving throughout the year. I like to share them sometimes here on Thursdays. We are in a great spot now on the calendar. Have a great Mid-May!

To quote the Macho Man - "oooooh yeah" this week really feels like the week before Thanksgiving. I think it could also be said that it feels like the week before any of the big holidays. My personal reason is that I've got a big date coming up next week. So it sort of feels like a Holiday. And technically it IS a holiday with Memorial Day weekend rolling in.
I also love these "random" times of the year where you can feel the distinction with a big holiday date. "Week Before" vibes are a real thing! Have a great day!

Man, I didn't realize until I visited the boards yesterday and saw Mark's message about moving up Baby #2's delivery that Memorial Day Weekend is coming up NEXT week. I was thinking we were still pretty early, being the 15th of the month. But I'm not at all disappointed... That just means that Halfsgiving is almost here, the 100-Day Milestone to the Bers is almost here, and "the Road" is on the cusp of reopening. The next two weeks are going to be BIG.
