Happy Summer Saturday! Today folks we move along and see that we have 152 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 126 days left until November and 65 days to go until The Bers. We move along in our Summer Sweatfest with our next milestone arriving on Monday. It will be the 150-Day Marker till Thanksgiving. It’s Saturday so time for the first half of our Quiet Weekend Period. I hope you are all ready for some quieter times this weekend in this thread. Don’t worry plenty of fun topics to come in the coming week. But right now it feels good to be able to sit back, relax, enjoy some (iced) coffee and just think about your weekend plans. I hope they involve lots of fun stuff and fun times this weekend. I hope your week went pretty well overall though too. Hard to believe we’re heading to the halfway marker in the year. This time of year it always hits me a phrase you’ll probably see me repeat several times in various threads but “90% of what we love the most takes place in the 2nd half/50% of the year.” I think that probably isn’t even overstating it. Turkey friends I hope you are enjoying your weekend. I hope the weather is nice where you are and you get to take advantage of this summer weekend. Check back in when you can. Happy Next To Last Day Of June! Today folks we move along and see that we have 151 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 125 days left until November and 64 days to go until The Bers. We move along in our Summer Sweatfest with our next milestone arriving on Monday. It will be the 150-Day Marker till Thanksgiving. That’s it folks as we won’t be closer to the 2’s than the 1’s to Thanksgiving anymore. It’s Sunday folks and time for the 2nd half of our Quiet Weekend Period. Believe it or not folks we are into the 2nd half of the weekend but we are still in the 1st half of the year. I talk about turning points and there’s so many we have had in this first half of the year but something about reaching the 2nd half really hits me. I know there are those who will want to rush the next couple of months but really once we cross into July (dare I say that word already) then we will be seriously into the dog days of summer. And that’s a good thing. That means the anticipation will only increase. Yes, it will be hot. Yes, it will be humid. And yes that may slow down (in a good way) time for us to get our anticipation up and of course that includes the annual 50-Day Preview of The Bers. But let’s not talk about that right now. Focus on your Sunday. Enjoy it. Have a great Next To Last Day Of June!​

It's really perfect and it kind of keeps us occupied right through the heart of summer...and those dog days which you know can be very hot and long (but that can be to our advantage)!

Happy Sunday! I am trying to enjoy a slow Sunday, I know once July 4th is over the summer really flies by, which is scary because I still don't know where June went.
