DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 323
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 298
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 237

Happy Week Into January! Today folks we move along and see that we have 323 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 298 days left until November and 237 days to go until The Bers. We move along in our Winter Wonderland with our next milestone arriving 2 weeks from tomorrow with Tom Turkey Day #2. It’s Wednesday folks so time for the 1st Weekly Wednesday Poll of the new year below!

Which of the big 3 holiday(s) (seasons) exceeded your expectations?
A.) Halloween
B.) Thanksgiving
C.) Christmas
D.) None of the holiday seasons exceeded my expectations this past season.

I’m going with C here. I think part of that is because I underrated Christmas Season during the year. I’ve kept Halloween Season more than I kept Christmas Season but this year it’s changing. What about you? All 3 seasons were great, it’s just a matter of how you look at it and rank them, I think. Have a great Week Into January!

Folks, I can't lie. I have to answer "A". We had a difficult Thanksgiving because of my brother in law being in the hospital, and Christmas was severely reduced because of the same problem, as well as some family drama that I could not control.

Even more reason why I'm taking the wheel for 2026 and "beyond". My mission, which I have accepted, is to make EVERY holiday, especially CHRISTMAS, exceed expectations!!

It was both A and B for me. Our Halloween and Thanksgiving seasons this year were some of the best I think I’ve ever had, and we made lots of memories for the kids. I still love the Christmas season, but circumstances beyond my control took Christmas out of the running this year.

It's a D for me. They all went as expected, which is a good thing. All three were wonderful, and I look forward to doing it again.
