I do remember Sesame Street, but I never watched it much as a kid. It got its fair share of viewing alongside Reading Rainbow, but I mostly watched the Nickelodeon shows. Does anyone else remember Mr. Wizard's World? I'd wake up super early on the weekends and watch that show until Saturday morning cartoons came on. There weren't any Thanksgiving episodes (not that I remember, anyway), but I'd be amazed at some of the stuff he did, even if it was basic science.

Yeah I remember Mr. Wizard!

I just sure hope you and @Edge612 are done with most of the snow for the season. I am guessing you all are running out of places to put it now. I am really hoping everyone has a mild March this year.
I second this!!!

DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 274
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 249
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 188

Happy Fantastic February! Today folks we move along and see that we have 274 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 249 days left until November and 188 days to go until The Bers. We move along in our Winter Wonderland with our next milestone set to arrive tomorrow (so soon?). It will be Tom Turkey Day #3. It’s Wednesday folks so time for our Weekly Wednesday Poll below!

How do you feel about being in a blizzard?

A.) I love that feeling of it.
B.) I hate that feeling of it.
C.) It’s fun (at first) and then gets obnoxious.
D.) I have never been in a blizzard before.

I’m going with C. It’s kind of fun to be in one, at first. And then you realize I am going to have to shovel all of this, and the roads are going to be hazardous and narrow. It was fun to be honest. I got into it. Enjoyed it falling. But in the aftermath, I didn’t find fun one bit. The best to you all today. Have a great Fantastic February!

Well, this is an easy one. D for me. In fact, when I hear the word “blizzard” I’m more likely to think of Dairy Queen than a winter snow storm. I’d be surprised if it wasn’t the same for 90% of Texans.
D for me, too. Blizzards don't happen in southeast Georgia. We did have an ice storm back in the early 90's, though.

Or was it the 80's? That was only 20 years ago, right? Right??!!

DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 273
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 248
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 187

Happy Late February! Today folks we move along and see that we have 273 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 248 days left until November and 187 days to go until The Bers. We move along in our Winter Wonderland on this Milestone Day. Yes, today is a milestone day friends. It is Tom Turkey Day #3 and in honor of it, our own Rich will do his special turkey dance. I bet you would pay to see that. Our next milestone my friends is a HUGE one in my book. It is the Arrival of March and the Day Of Hope. After the week we’ve had here and the winter we’ve had here we need a little hope. It’s Thursday folks so time for our Weekly Countdown till Thanksgiving which now stands at 39 weeks. We are 25% of the way to Thanksgiving today folks and a little tip for you we have 300 days to go until Christmas Eve Eve. I’m throwing that in there because that to me has become like my favorite day of the year. And it shows we are holding on to the final “3’s” in any countdown on this website. I hope you are doing well and enjoying your week. It’s been quite a snowy week. What a week it has been my friends. It snowed out. No snow predictions for today. That is one big relief my friends. I need a break right now and it looks like I’m getting it. Have a great Late February!
