I love picture day since it gives me a chance to play around with the Bing AI Image Generator. But not today. Today it only wanted to give me nightmare fuel pictures for some reason. So I just have this real picture of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.

DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 281
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 254
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 193

Happy February Mid-Week! Today folks we have 281 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 254 days to go until November, and 193 days left until The Bers. Our next milestone will be tomorrow when we welcome in Tom Turkey Day #3 here in our Winter Wonderland. On this Wednesday let’s look at our Weekly Poll below!

Which of the following sports/holidays most closely go together?

  • Baseball & 4th of July
  • Football & Thanksgiving
  • Basketball & Christmas
  • Golf & Memorial Day
  • Honestly, I think it’s close between A & B. I think I have to pick B because I’m biased being in the Thanksgiving Thread. But Baseball & 4th go together. Basketball always plays a lot of big games on Christmas but football is also on Christmas sometimes too. Anyway, what’s your choice? I think today we might see more agreement than usual but let’s see. Gobble Gobble turkey friends. Have a great February Mid-Week!

Ooo, this is a good one, but I'm going to have to give the nod to B. It's hard to imagine Thanksgiving without seeing a football game on in the background at some point, and the NFL schedule reveal of the Thanksgiving Day games is a tradition I look forward to every year.

Option A is very, very close, but for me at least, baseball is more closely linked to Memorial Day, in my mind. Memorial Day is like the unofficial beginning of summer, and honestly by the time July 4th rolls around, I'm ready for summer to wrap things up so that I can move on to the Fall Preseason. So I'm not thinking much about baseball on July 4th. :)

A, B, and C all go together every year. I don't think you can say any one of them is "closer" than the other. Each sport happens on the day of their respective holiday. You can pick a favorite though. But for me, I have no favorite. I do not watch any of them on the holidays. Baseball would have the best chance of any of them.

DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 280
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 253
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 192

Happy Favorite February! Today folks we have 280 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 253 days to go until November, and 192 days left until The Bers. It’s Milestone Day folks as we have reached Tom Turkey Day #3. Rich’s favorite. A big milestone today. When’s our next one? It’s going to be on Sunday when we arrive at the 250-Day Marker till November. That’ll be another big one. But right now friends in our Winter Wonderland with snow still on the ground here we have our Thanksgiving Thought Thursday below!

As we approach the ¼ marker to Thanksgiving it kind of amazes me. Like it seems like forever ago now. And yet to make 25% of the way into the count is pretty incredible. Do you ever feel that way? Like wow it’s gone fast yet it’s gone slow too? I think we all need to focus on turkey today. Because we’ve come a long way even though we have a lot longer way to go.

Time always factors in to holidays for me. It amazes me how fast it goes and yet sometimes it definitely feels like Thanksgiving was forever ago. Turkey friends enjoy your Thursday please. Have a great Favorite February!
