What is the best thing about September?
- The beautiful weather
- Football returning
- Being close to the Big 3 Holiday months without touching them yet
- September is kind of overrated as I really wait for the bigger Bers months to come
- I’m going to go with B. I’m excited for football returning. I do love the weather though. And I do like being close to the big holiday months but at the same point being focused on the present I’m not really thinking about them now. And D? Forget that. I think today I will answer "A", because we are having absolutely gorgeous weather right now that ironically started on September 1st. Typically to this question, I would answer "B". But "A" feels right today. It's 51 degrees outside and only reaching a high of 75.

It's C for me. September is totally underrated. We're in the sweet spot right now with all the best things right around the corner but still with plenty of time to just enjoy the Bers before they get here.
A, B and C. Over the years we spent many weekends at the football fields as our daughter was a cheerleader for many years and then with our son for marching band. We love football so there is always a game on the TV. Love when the weather turns chilly ... jeans, boots and hoodie weather!!!! The buildup to the 3 is in swing!!!!!

Happy Football Returns! Today folks we have 84 days remaining until Thanksgiving and 57 days to go until The Bers. Our next milestone will be when we reach our Final Fifty till November which is 1 week from today. We move along in our Awesome Autumn (the very early stages of it) with our Thanksgiving Thought Thursday below!
Our first Bers Thursday is here. Isn’t that amazing? And now Thursdays take on a whole new meaning to me. It’s fun to think about Thanksgiving on Thursdays during the Non-Bers but when you reach The Bers it feels a little extra special. Doesn’t everything feel extra special during The Bers?
A simple random Thursday in the first week of September still feels more special than it did the rest of the year. Doesn’t it? And it’s just the start. But I think these Thursdays during The Bers make me always think a little extra about our favorite Thursday of the year. Turkey friends I hope your week is going well so far. It’s been a fun Transition Week so far. We still have more to go with the return of NFL Football tonight. And lots more fun times ahead this week still. And we’re just getting started in The Bers. Thursdays are on a new level again, now. Football and the return of Autumn, it's impossible to not think about Thanksgiving, as we do on every Thursday!

I'm going with C, but A is always a possibility in Florida. I love sun and I love days that I can go to the beach and swim in the pool. Days that are a bit cooler than August, but never cool enough to interfere with my outdoor time.
I kicked off the season on September 2 with my Happy BERS-day party. I'm planning a dinner/movie party in mid-October and it will have a Halloween theme. We won't be watching a scary movie because I found out my SIL had never seen Love Actually, so we're going to watch that after dinner.
It'll be a long stretch from then until Thanksgiving, then a short sprint from Thanksgiving to Christmas.
