Put turkey at the top of the list. LOLTime to make the Thanksgiving menu!
YES!!!! I've already started. I just found out that my niece (she's only 8 years younger) and her husband will be joining me this year, along with the four regulars I have every year.Time to make the Thanksgiving menu!
I felt the same way.Suddenly those counts seem really small. Yikes! Please don’t fly by, Bers!
Very cool!
Funny my friend lost his phone yesterday and I teased him you must feel lost without it but he said he actually feels kind of free!12 weeks seems just about perfect, but I agree I don't want it to fly by. I am working at being more mindful and not letting time slip away from me by paying more attention to my senses and trying new things. I also deleted my favorite Scrabble-like game from my phone and am giving it up until after Christmas and I have the goal of being more helpful. I started today by taking a friend's daughter out for her first drive behind the wheel, which her mom was dreading and I have volunteered to sew a curtain for my niece as soon as she picks out the fabric. After that we will see where "new" and "helpful" take me.
I kinda believe it, although if I misplace my phone that gives me anxiety but if I know where it is I do find that I enjoy some things more without it. Podcasts and books on tape have almost completely replaced reading for me and I am hoping to change that the Bers Season.Funny my friend lost his phone yesterday and I teased him you must feel lost without it but he said he actually feels kind of free!
