DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 267
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 241
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 180

Happy March Mid-Week! Today folks we move along and see that we have 267 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 241 days left until November and 180 days to go until The Bers. We move along in our Winter Wonderland with our next milestone approaching in just over 2 weeks’ time when we reach the wonderful season of spring. It’s Wednesday folks so time for our Weekly Wednesday Poll below!

What’s your favorite thing about March?

  • The Day of Hope (March 1)
  • St. Patrick’s Day (March 17)
  • 1st day of Spring (March 20)
  • Opening day of Baseball (March 27)
  • I’m going with C. Although I hype A and have gotten more into D the last few years, I still think the first official day of spring is cool (if it doesn’t snow). But yeah, I love it when we officially turn the season just like in September when we turn to autumn. We don’t magically turn on the first of the month. Have a great March Mid-Week!

I am a mixture of St. Patrick's Day and 1st Day of Spring. I am Irish so we have the tradition of me making corned beef and cabbage.

I also love the first day of spring and it makes me excited for the warmer days to come!

Except for making corned beef and cabbage, this is my exact answer!

DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 266
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 240
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 179

Happy Spring Anticipation! Today folks we move along and see that we have 266 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 240 days left until November, and 179 days to go until The Bers. We move along in our Winter Wonderland with our next milestone arriving in 2 weeks. Believe it or not 2 weeks from now friends we will officially enter the season of spring. After a long winter, that is something to look forward to. Turkey friends it’s Thursday so it’s time for Thanksgiving Thought Thursday below!

I still have my turkey. And we’re going to make it this spring. I’m wondering though how do I do enough without overdoing it? You know what I mean. I don’t want it to feel completely like Thanksgiving, yet I really want it to almost feel like it. I want there to be cranberry sauce on the table. I want some potatoes and turkey (and biscuits). But I don’t want to make all the sides.

I think that I’m going to stick with the basics I listed above. We might even watch the parade. Who knows it should be fun though and I think we all settled on doing one halfway Thanksgiving turkey each year lately. We used to try to do more, but it feels too much then. This feels more special for us. Have a great Spring Anticipation!

You know, I remember a few years back when we started doing Halfway to Thanksgiving dinner. It was so awesome that first year, and every year after it was something to look forward to. It really was like having "two" Thanksgivings every year.

Honestly not sure if this year we will get to do it. I believe the halfway dinner would be on the week of 5/27. We might already be in the hospital by then or heading to it within the next few days. So we might have to push our "Halfway" back a few weeks if Holly is still feeling good, etc...

Have a great day!
