Counts move so differently after the 200 day seal is broken. Everybody on MMC knows how the counts "feel" when you are at 150 and under. Breaking the 100 day seal? Time is flowing out like sand in an hour glass at that point....

Let's enjoy the ride!

DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 200
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 174
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 113

Happy Mother’s Day! Today folks we move along and see that we have 200 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 174 days left until November and 113 days remaining until The Bers. We move along in our Stress-Free Spring on a big milestone day. We have reached the 200-Day Marker till Thanksgiving. Folks, after toady not only do we not have any 3’s anymore but now we’ll have no more 2’s anymore. That’s almost a scary thought (but a very exciting one). Our next milestones folks? You don’t even want to know. Ok you do. We have Tom Turkey Day in a eleven days followed by the biggest marker on this site I believe. It will be the 100-Day Marker till The Bers. It will happen in less than 2 weeks. Unreal and then we’ll enter our Summer Sweatfest. Geez. That’s almost hard to believe. Turkey friends I hope you are doing well and enjoying your weekend. And I hope you celebrate moms out there today. It’s the second half of our Quiet Weekend Period here. I’m excited for it and I know all of you are as well. Turkey friends the best to you on this Sunday. And I hope you all celebrate all of the moms out there in your life. And make the most of it today with family. Definitely a great family day for many. Enjoy the time. Have a great Mother’s Day!

DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 202
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 176
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 115

Happy Mother’s TGIF! Today folks we move along and see that we have 202 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 176 days left until November, and 115 days to go until The Bers. Our next milestone will arrive on Sunday (Mother’s Day) with the 200-Day Marker till Thanksgiving. It’s Friday folks so time for our Fun Fact Friday below!

  • When did A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving premiere?
    Answer: 1973
Before I was born but Charlie Brown, I grew up on because of my uncle who grew up with “peanuts”. And he taught me well about Charlie Brown and all the characters. Ironically, I always say this, but I think the Halloween and Christmas ones are great yet somehow some people forget how fun the Thanksgiving one is. And that’s the first of the trilogy I remember watching on a regular basis as a kid. And there aren’t many Thanksgivings shows we think about when we think about Thanksgiving so that’s ironic. Turkey friends the best to you today. I hope you enjoy your day as we approach a special weekend. Have a great Mother’s TGIF!
A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving was my dad's favorite, I so miss it being on broadcast television. The Peanuts holiday specials were about the only time I got to pick what we watched on tv (youngest of 6 kids) and as everyone else grew up and moved out the special were already a tradition. I have them all on DVD (and VHS) but it just isn't the same, it isn't the occasion it used to be.

Man, I love A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving. The Peanuts holiday specials are kind of like my security blanket every year -- they are a constant, and I know I'm going to get the Feels when I watch them. I'm sad that they don't air on cable TV anymore, but I have them on Blu-ray disc, and for the ones that I'm missing I always just snag a one-month free trial to Apple TV.
I feel the same about it not being broadcast. I loved the anticipation and the hustle and bustle of getting in front of the tv by 7:00 pm so I didn't miss a minute!

The weekly countdown on Mondays is a huge favorite, add hitting 199 days tomorrow is awesome and tonight will feel like an Eve!

200 days to go! What an amazing milestone! It really will look so different tomorrow seeing it in the "Hundreds", even if it is 199! Time might be moving again!!!
