C is a necessity, not a choice. LOL. My pick is D or B. Either way, if I’m outside, I wanna be wet.
Aren't there some days down there that all you have to do to get wet is just stand outside?:cool:

Yes. I've almost drowned a couple of times walking to the car.

DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 161
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 135
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 74

Happy Juneteenth! Today folks we move along and see that we have 161 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 135 days to go until November and 74 days left until The Bers. We move along in our Summer Sweatfest with our next milestone arriving tomorrow. It will be the Arrival of Summer. Just like that we’re going to officially be in summer, and folks, this is the last real turning point of the year. What do I mean? We’ll talk about it today on our Thanksgiving Thought Thursday!

We are well beyond the halfway point to Thanksgiving. But we’re heading right for the final halfway point. It is the halfway point to Christmas. It’s hard to think then we will have no more halfway markers to go. Halloween is long past obviously and now Thanksgiving is moving along. Scary times? But exciting times ahead for us holiday fans. I’m still thinking turkey thoughts on this Thursday!

Turkey friends I hope your week is continuing to go well. And I hope you are enjoying your Thursday. If you are off today enjoy it. But enjoy the day no matter what. Each day is a gift and each turkey tastes delicious. Those are the only 2 rules I live by. Have a great day today on Thursday. Have a great Juneteenth!

Today is the very last day of Spring! I can hardly believe it, especially since for so many people it feels like Summer "now". I think we went as far as we could before the SweatFest arrived, but it's here now. And I just have to remind myself that I have less than a month until I get through the peak hottest temperatures. Still have hot weather after that to deal with, but it really feels different when the humidity starts retreating. Have a great Thursday!

I just hope this summer is not rainy (that only adds to the humidity)!

Less than a week until the final halfway. Wowsers!

DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 160
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 134
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 73

Happy Summer Arrives! Today folks we move along and see that we have 160 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 134 days left until November and 73 days to go until The Bers. We move along in our Summer Sweatfest with our next milestone arriving today. It is the Arrival of Summer. Wow. The final season before Autumn. Pretty amazing. Our next milestone will be Tom Turkey Day #7 and that will take place in less than 1 week (6 days). It’s Friday folks so time for our Fun Fact Friday below!

Minnesota produces the most turkeys in the country.

There's a chance your holiday bird came from Minnesota—they produce around 40+ million turkeys every year!

Well, who knew that? I didn’t. I wonder why that is. Hmm. I guess we all should go to Minnesota and look for turkeys. Maybe they hang out a lot in Minnesota. They can take the cold winters I am sure unlike myself. And they don’t seem to mind it. I guess we can go camping out this summer and search for turkeys. That sounds like a fun time to me. Turkey friends the best to you today. Enjoy it. Have a great Summer Arrives!

DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 159
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 133
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 72

Happy Summer Weekend! Today folks we move along and see that we have 159 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 133 days left until November and 72 days to go until The Bers. We move along in our Summer Sweatfest with our next milestone arriving on Thursday with Tom Turkey Day #7. Looking forward to it. Here comes the heat. Here comes the first half of our Quiet Weekend Period too. It’s going to heat up this weekend so maybe a quiet weekend relaxing in a/c with a good book and some games sound like it might be a good choice for this one? Turkey friends I hope you are doing well and enjoying your weekend so far. I know it is early in the weekend and that’s one great thing about Saturday. It’s the first half and keeps the second half in front of us. I wish you the best this Saturday. You may really have to start having some turkey thoughts all summer long if this turns into a hot and humid summer. I hope you are all doing well and ready to enjoy your weekend. Get those errands done but also have some fun. Make time to slow down, relax, and enjoy some quiet time. That’s the best time. And hopefully some cool time as well. Nice and chilly cool I would say. The best to you this Saturday. Have a great Summer Weekend!

Hiding from the heat season is officially here! We hit 90 today. The highest heat is on Tuesday when we reach 100 degrees. We have a good cooldown after that though, it goes back down to the low 80's and stays there for about a week. That's not too bad when we are basically staring at July at this point.

Have a great day!
