Happy Easter! Today folks we move along and see that we have 235 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 210 days left until November and 149 days to go until The Bers. We move along in our Stress-Free Spring with our next milestone set to arrive in 10 days with the 200 Day Marker till November. That’ll be big for sure. It’s Sunday folks so time for the 2nd half of our Quiet Weekend Period although it’s been busy here. But next weekend is going to be even busier. Today should be just a fun family afternoon as the Sunday Group has Easter together and brings in my mom, other siblings, other uncles etc. It’s going to be a fun afternoon, I hope. And that’s our simple but fun family Sunday this Easter. What are your plans for Easter my friends? Many people consider Easter to be like a mini-Thanksgiving. I think it is in a way but of course, when Easter is over, you’re just enjoying the heart of spring instead of when Thanksgiving is over you’re thrust into the most wonderful and magical time of the year which is the Christmas Season. I hope you all enjoy your Sunday no matter what your plans are and that you make the most of this day. The best to you all my turkey friends and if you’re having turkey on Easter lucky you. I have said it a million times and it still rings true, Easter makes me feel like it could be either Thanksgiving or Christmas, depending on the weather. I love that it gets the families together. And a lot of the menu is the same. I can't recall ever having a TURKEY though on Easter. Maybe we will do it next year. Either way, it's exciting!

I guess in case you have braces, had braces, or have a kid who has braces this is a funny little watch. I had a retainer when I was a kid but never made the full move to braces. Anyway, a little levity on this Monday to begin the new week. I hope your Easter went well and that you had a good time with family and/or friends. I hope you enjoy your Monday and the start of a brand-new week here in the spring. I think we’ve settled in spring here despite the chillier conditions settling in for the next few days for my area. I was happy to soak up the Thanksgiving / Christmas feels yesterday. No pun intended, but it felt great.
The next time we celebrate a holiday it will be when THE ROAD opens up. It feels crazy writing that! But time marches on!

I had a lot of Thanksgiving feels over the weekend too and it was a great feeling. It motivated me to do some extra organization in the holiday closet when I put my Easter decor away and then I started in on the pantry. Today, I am going to wash and pack away my winter stuff (again) and re-group for the new week ahead. I know the weekly count til Thanksgiving has moved to Thursdays but today, after the holiday I just had to indulge myself and soak up that we are 33 weeks out from the best week of the year!!!

Happy Week Into April! Today folks we move along and see that we have 233 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 208 days left until November and 147 days to go until The Bers. We move along in our Stress-Free Spring with our next milestone set to arrive in 8 days. That’s 1 week and 1 day from now on the 200 Day Marker till November. It’s Tuesday folks so time for our Picture Day. It’s one of our favorites in this thread as we all love looking at pictures of Autumn and Thanksgiving all year long. And now we are on the other side of autumn folks (known as spring) which really is a great time to think about it and dream of all those fun times ahead. I hope everyone had a good start to the week on Monday. The weather here is a little on the chilly side, but we have sunshine at least so far for the early stages of this week, so I’ll take it. I hope everyone is doing well as we are in baseball season, spring and not feeling stressed. That’s how spring always feels to me. Not stressing about a snowstorm nor about Christmas shopping. Although the latter is the fun, amazing, special kind of stress you dream of having (and then it tires you out eventually). I am just trying to take in each day here in spring and enjoy.
