Halloween 2026 Countdown!

That is great! I hope we get one back. We used to have one in town, then a short drive away, but last year we had nothing! The closest one was a 30 minute drive.
Hello Halloween Fans! I hope you are doing well on this Tuesday. It's a beautiful day here with full sunshine. I'm enjoying it as much as I can. I love this type of weather here. And of course it's nice that he real heat and humidity haven't hit yet. Happy Halloween!
Not to worry you, but they had a location in the hiring page last year in my town. Perhaps they did not get enough people to apply and that is why they did not open it up.
We usually get at least two within an hour's driving time. Although they aren't that far, it's just traffic around here that takes that long.
Our closest one is usually 25 minutes north. But if it comes here, it's less than 10 minutes on a busy day.
I'm hoping the Christmas store catches on and they open in more cities.

Good Morning Halloween Friends! Happy Milestone Day!
Our "longest" count has it's milestone today! 150 Days to Halloween. This is the single count that I have tried this entire time to keep out in front of us as long as possible!
And it's not really a milestone day per say, but today is also:
And in case that's not enough to catch your attention, our FALL PRESEASON count has now entered the 50's! That's a lot to unpack on this Wednesday, but we're halfway through the work week!
Friends, Holly got her call yesterday and all of her pre-surgery tests were reviewed and she got the green light for surgery next Friday. We will find out our time next Thursday, the surgery center will call between 1 and 3 to let her know. When this is over, I hope I never have to go back to the hospital ever again.

We get one in Statesboro in the old J.C. Penney building, about 30 minutes away.
Those milestones are coming fast and furious now. I can only imagine that we’ll pick up speed as we head towards the second half of the year. I personally can’t wait, but there’s a fine line to walk here…I don’t want to end up wishing the Bers away in the blink of an eye.
I think I’ll simply just look forward to the next special day/milestone, which will be JOL Day in 27 days. I’m not going to lie — my JOL Day celebrations have been severely lacking this year. I’ve even forgotten that it’s JOL Day for a couple of them. I think June is a good time for me to turn things around and really usher in the second half of the year in spooky style.

Last night we enjoyed a nice fire. It is nice and cool outside. We started discussing Halloween and how we need to up our decorating this year. I mentioned the new Beetlejuice animatronics and my wife said we should go ahead and order them! So, I will be doing that here very soon! They will be a great addition to our family room and will be nice for our Halloween Party.

I always love how different Thursdays feel than really any other day of the week except for Friday.
This time next week we will be waiting for our call from the surgery center about what time we report to the hospital next Friday! This feels SO MUCH like when we were getting ready to have my son. I had known the date for weeks at that point, and somehow when we got to the last two weeks, the time just FLEW by.
Fresh new counts this morning and we see FALL PRESEASON comfortably in the 50's, and now DAYS TO HALLOWEEN are under 150 days and heading down slowly but surely towards the 100 day marker. For bonus points, doesn't it seem awesome to see under 90 days to THE BERS?
