Good Thursday afternoon, my Christmas friends!

Wow, what a busy day it's been! I had to meet the appraiser at the house today for our refi appraisal, and Nancy worked me like a dog. I had to cut the grass, take out the trash, walk the dog and clean up around my computer desk...this morning! Anyway, it's done.

last night, the kids spent the night with their cousins, a boy and girl about the same age as Jacob & Elizabeth. They've been overnight there many times. Last night around 12:45am, Elizabeth called, crying. She said she felt like she had hardly seen me at all today, and just wanted to come home. Well, that broke my heart. I hopped up, got dressed and went and picked up my little honeybee. She cried all the way home, finally calming down when we got home. We let her sleep with us, and everything was better this morning. I'd do anything to keep her from crying!

Now I have to run and get a haircut. Whew!

I hope you all have a great day, and stay cool...it's 102°F right now!

Enjoy them while you can. They will be gone before you know it. My 14 yr old starts drivers ed next week and I feel like crying.

Experienced some of the negative things of living in the mountains this week; killed a copperhead in our driveway and shot at coyotes in the yard.

I am off work and no babysitting tomorrow. Rest time for me!

I hope everyone has a FANTASTIC DAY!

Rest time for you...and more time on MMC! I'm so happy for you! I hope you had a FANTASTIC DAY too!!! :rudolph:

Glad your feeling better! Dylan's Birthday is August 18th but we are having his party on the 14th!

Oh...I know what its like to be pregnant in the summer. My boys were born 1 year and 2 days apart...August 4 and August 6! Well...that was many years ago - but I still remember!

Christmas-a-Holic....

It is simply a verbal commitment and a pledge to watch this wonderful three minutes of tv on Dec. 23rd. To understand our giddiness (is that a word?) please watch the youtube version of last year's performance and act as if you are one hour away from Christmas Eve.

Okay...I'M TOTALLY IN!!! Sign me up! I became a Darlene Love fan instantly. Just try to watch it and not feel the excitement well up within your soul! Thanks ballcoach...I'm even MORE excited about Christmas!!! :???:

Good afternoon all.

Have you ever had your day start off horribly, and pretty much stay that way?
My wife came in this morning and told me she was leaving for her meeting and the kids were still sleeping. Then about 30 minutes later my older son comes in and says LC has his diaper off in his room, so i go into LC's room and lets just say the walls looked like cave drawings, or the worlds most disgusting finger painting. I threw him in the bathtub because he was covered cleaned him up and then spent the next hour cleaning and sanitizing his walls. He is so much trouble because he knows he is doing something wrong, he does it extra quietly. He through his Cheerios all over the floor and down the cat door to the cellar. While I was getting dressed he got the dishwasher liquid and got it all over the floor and his clothes, so those clothes have bleach stains on them now. He now knows how to open his bedroom door and the gate in the doorway so he won't go down for a nap.

Oh boy. That sounds like quite a day! Just remember...tomorrow is a brand new day!!!

Well...hello there, Christmas friends!

WOW...what an awesome feeling to come online to MMC and read up on everyone's day and catch up! I miss so much during the day that when I get home, I've got a lot of reading and quoting to do!

I just became a 'Santa Clausologist' tonight! WOO HOO!!!

Oh...I came across this tonight and ask you all to watch. It is TOTALLY amazing and this 7-year old girl (Rhema Marvanne) most certainly has a God-given talent. In this one she sings "O Holy Night":

Now...I watched it and had goose-bumps and tears in my eyes! Please tell me what you think, okay?

Anyway...gotta spend some time with Hubby now - so I will wish you all a good night...and have sweet dreams about Christmas!!!

Good evening, Christmas Family.

What a week !! Today is my Friday. I am off on the real Friday and Saturday and my week starts on Sunday. This is one of those nights when I am so tired I can barely move. Very stressful this week. I know most of you don't do transcription but if some of you do, you will know what I mean. I kept running out of work this week. Running out of work means no dictations to type which means no line count which means no pay !! I get paid per line and not by the hour. I don't have nearly the lines that I should have but what I have will have to do. Plus there were a LOT of HARD TO UNDERSTAND doctors this week. Gosh. But I am thankful just the same. I have a job and I am in my home. What more could one ask for ??

I hope you all have a very nice evening and are well.

:rudolph: :tree:

Yawn....tired friends.....long day.....longer one tomorrow....

Made, where we racing at this weekend or is it an off weekend?

Can't wait for this weekend! Taking the beautiful wife out to eat at some fancy place tomorrow night, then sleeping in Saturday. YES!!!

See yall tomorrow.

Good evening all!

Well, the day did get better, but we were extremely busy at work. Made me forget about the bad day for the most part, I guess my wife had a hard time with the LC tonight, he is just so much trouble lately, it has got to be the terrible twos. (I hope)

Holidays are coming teaser: I saw at Walmart Bakery today they had Pumpkin Pies for sale, I don't know if they sell them year round, but I never noticed them before, only around Sept-Oct is when I start seeing them

Have a good night!

Well it has been a long day here. We are kind of weird here in that our grocery store ads run thursday through wednesday instead of sunday to saturday. So this morning I got up and looked at the ads and decided to run to the store before they ran out of everyhting. I think the cashier thought I was crazy buying 10 jars of peanut butter but I go through a jar a week so I stock up when they run it 10 for $10. Then I had to pick up my oldest niece while my sister took my youngest one to the doctor. We went out to lunch and then I took her to the store and told her that I would buy her a couple of new outifts for when she goes back to school. Three stores, 4 outfits, one i-carly doll, and two candy bars later I decided that I should have just taken her to the park to play. Since I bought her so much I also had to buy my youngest niece a couple of outfits and I told my sister in seattle that I would send her money to go buy my niece and nephew out there a couple of outfits for when they go back to school. So it turned out to be quite an expensive day. When we were at target though I noticed they had some really good clearance deals going on in their toy department. So after I dropped my niece off I ran back there and picked up five more gifts to put back for christmas. I finally got home around 8 this evening and I decided to sit out on the front porch and enjoy the evening since it wasn't that warm out. I came in to watch the news at ten o'clock and laughed when the weather man said that it is going to get chilly here since we are only going to break 90 on 3 of the next 7 days. I hope everyone had a GREAT DAY!!!!!!

Okay I just realized what time it is and since I have to babysit both of my nieces tomorrow while my sister has a yard sale with one of our cousins I should probably head to bed. Goodnight Everyone!!!!!!!!!!
