I won't get a chance to really celebrate today, so i watched some of The Polar Express during lunch. :grin:
My niece and her husband, Jules and Billy got rear ended leaving her mom and dad's last night...they figure who ever hit them was going at least 60mph...came right up on the car and slammed into them...flipped the car up on the nose, skidded into the ditch, back onto the nose and landed upside down...hit and run...they were both taken to the hospital via ambulance, Billy was discharged while Jules was getting x-rays and she was discharged around 11pm last night. Both ok, just really sore and tired. Jules couldn't sleep last night. My sister, Jules mom says that the police where there right away as they just happened to be going down the road. While they where at the hospital they saw a man handcuffed to a bed and a police officer saying something about an accident in Milton, Vermont

So sorry to hear! I hope they both recover soon and the driver is served justice.
HAPPY rUDOLPH dAY EVERYONE!! Well in ten more of these most of us will have our trees and lights rite back up. Hope everyone is doing well today. I made a Christmas Jello dessert today, Using red green and lemon jello. Also made a variation of "Dirt" but I added a Christmas touch to it
No subbing today,so I ve been spending the day relaxing. I watched a documentary about a very talented but little known and almost forgotten photographer from the early 1900's. It was an hour well spent. Those of you interested or who like old pictures will enjoy here is the link http://gchsmuseum.com/ He wasa very interesting and humble man. !
Will be working on my Christmas notebook today and will be joining the chat later . Is there anything special to do for the chat ? Do I have to register any where else . Have a great day !! wILL BE back a bit later! I cant believe how many posts we have!!!

To celebrate Rudolph Day I am watching A Christmas Story as I am folding clothes.
I just folded Wayne's t-shirt that I bought him for his birthday last year and it put a smile on my face. He wears it all year.
This is the exact t-shirt he has:
(You can barely see it but it does say "Eye Out" under "You'll Shoot Your").

Now we are suppose to get 5 plus inches of snow...possibly up to a foot. I am off of work tomorrow and its suppose to start in the afternoon. I am glad I will not have to take the kids out in the mess. If it snows good enough I hope to have off work Thursday too cheesy
Hey guys..all this talk about snow is making me miss it! it is just messy rain here. It's been a long hard day at work so I am about to pop open some wine and relax the rest of the day. It's hard for me to believe a month ago today was christmas day. In a way it seems like yesterday,but in some ways Christmas seems like ages ago! I hope everyone is having a great day!
