Rough, and busy day at work, I hurt myself pretty well. I was lifting a 24lb case to move it and I felt my left shoulder pop. I have been in a lot of pain since, I reported it and see how it feels before I decide to go get it checked out. 24lbs is light compared to most of the cases I lift, and doing a motion I do dozens of times a day I don't understand what happened. Watching a nailbiter of a hockey game right now. Easter bunny will be here soon, so...

I had a similar thing happen while doing a check on my school bus last year, all I did was open the back door and pop went the shoulder. Ouch, it hurt so bad. Hope you recover quickly. ( I had to have some physiotherapy to get better)

Right now I am watching Jesus Christ Superstar - I LOVE LOVE LOVE the voice of the late and great Carl Anderson (Judas) and Ted Neeley (Jesus ) is very good too. I love the humanness of Jesus in this movie. I also love that it is such a retro movie to the 1960s ( I believe it was made in 1973 which was still like the 1960s !!). Judas' final outfit was SO 1960s with all the fringes, so cool.
Other than that not doing much. Today was also my anniversary - 17 years but a whole other story there.
Furchildren are sleeping and I am in my room. Nothing really special planned for tomorrow. I need to make it to church but I probably will not. I am trying my best to remember and celebrate this Easter privately. I sure hope it counts for something !

It's a tough movie to watch. I saw it first in the theater, and everyone was just drained as they walked out. They didn't even talk among themselves.
I'm honestly surprised the Lord allowed us to continue, after the way His son was treated.
That site can't be complete. They don't even mention Chicken McNuggets! :-?
I don't care for milk or creamers, but I do miss sugar. Splenda is ok, but it's obviously NOT sugar!
I'm working on going to just black coffee.
They are always updating the site and adding more foods each day. Not sure where the nuggets would end up on the scale. Probably not too good but people love them! cheesy
