I'm a big WWII buff too and I think WWII in HD was an amazing documentary.
 
I see everyone's posts about summer and how hot it is and I'm wondering what it feels like. Winter was warm, spring was wet and so far summer is non-existent in Utah. I haven't turned on my sprinklers yet, fired up the swamp cooler or installed the window air conditioner -- and it is almost mid-June.

Today we had rolling thunderstorms that produced a lot of wind and lightning but very little rain. The temps dropped from about 75 to 57 in about 20 minutes. So very strange, this summer so far!

ugh... i'm just not a fan of summer, i can't pretend to be, i know it's most people's favourite time of year (what fools!!) but i feel lukewarm about it at best. it doesn't help that in the north west of england it's hot one day and cool and raining the next, you can't plan for nothing! atleast in the autumn and winter months you know what to expect.

I hate summer! Give me snow over humidity any day.
 
Had to run out of town again.....quick meeting tomorrow and then back home. Gotta be out of town 7 days out of the next 10 for work. Been out of school for almost a week....no days off and probably not going to until right around the 4th. But I will be off on July 25th!!!

Another wild weather day here, it got in the 90's then a big thunderstorm moved in and turned the sky dark as night, it looked really scary for awhile, the boys were awake for this one and were really freaking out they thought another tornado was heading our way. We tried to keep them calm by acting cool and confident around them but my wife and I were nervous as hell watching those dark clouds. After the storms passed the temp dropped 15 degrees now it feels a lot better here. JP stayed home from school today with my wife, he woke up in the middle of the night throwing up, but he is back to normal and back to school tomorrow. The morning gets here quick.

Good Friday morning, my Christmas friends!

I decided to wear TWO flipflops to work today, and it's going over better. I got so many questions yesterday about why I was wearing one flipflop and one tennis shoe. LOL! Who knows what I was thinking when I got dressed yesterday.

Tomorrow is my Saturday to work at the store for my father-in-law. It'll be tough to do, limping around like I have a broken leg intead of just a broken toe, but I'm sure he's aready made fishing plans. I'm not going to let him down.

The kids are going to spend the day with my mom today. She has a lot of acreage for them to run & play on, and mom is teach Elizabeth how to sew. I'm sure Jacob will take his pellet gun and his XBox.

Good Morning Everyone!!!!!! We are off to a cooler start today but we are still expecting high in the upper 80's. I am going to hit up a few yard sales this morning looking for some christmas stuff and then I am going to stop at the grocery store on the way home. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Ok so I changed my no internet plan - I thought I might go crazy without email and MMC!!! No Facebook for a week is my new plan, lol!

Too disconnected without my laptop!! :-) I'm too addicted to the internet!
