Christmas Countdown - 2011

My fur kids are acting up today. Bo made a mess on the porch - he is banished outside until further notice - and Mouse is getting into things that are out of bounds for her. Looks like they are trying to tell me something - I'm home today and working on store stuff, so, hopefully, the extra attention they will end up getting will make them feel better. I'm typing this one-handed as Mouse is being held with the other hand - she is purring and giving me hugs

Aren't they just like human kids? Mouse sounds so sweet. Tell Bo he has to clean up his mess or he can't have the keys to the car on date night!! I am sure there is a cute dog he would like to take out for a spin!

Afternoon! Had my dad over for an early Father's Day brunch today... have to visit my father in law tomorrow so don't know if we'll get to see him. It's the first time we didn't spend the day with my parents, but with their divorce, everything changes... hard sometimes, but what can ya do?

Our town car show is tonight, which is kinda fun, I suppose, but all I think about is how NOISY it is with 2 kids! Window a/c units will be running tonight to drown out the noise!!!

Meanwhile, I'm looking forward to a trip to Michael's to grab a last minute item for a Father's Day craft and to scope out the fall decor!!

That sounds great! Do you have a link? I was listening to the Mistletoe Mix last night while working around the house---I patched my iPod into my radio. I should have thought of that before! One of the best investments I ever made was a Wi-Fi router, so I can operate my netbook and iPod Touch throughout the house.

I just got home from Hobby Lobby and they have started putting out their fall decorations and their CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(I need a better camera on my cell phone)

They also had the other side of the aisle all tore apart with a Christmas pick planogram sitting there.

Good Afternoon Everyone!!!!!! It is a rainy day here in central Indy. I have been running around all morning. I had to take my sister to pick up the rental car and then I ran with my brother in law to the half priced book store on the north side of Indy. On my way home I decided to run into hobby lobby since I didn't make it there yesterday. The little town I have to go through on my way to hobby lobby is a mess. They have been working on the main street for 3 years now and they still don't have it done. They just keep tearing up the work they have already done and changing things. One example is last year they decided to tear up the new road to put in concrete crosswalks. Now this year they are tearing out the concrete and putting in new concrete but stamping it to look like tiles. I think they just like wasting money. Well I am off to watch some nascar coverage. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!

Ugh, I hate talking to those certain exes. I've been through that same situation a bunch of times, and thankfully they don't live near me anymore. I'm happy to say I'm friends with most of my exes now (just hung out with one last night, in fact), but it's taken a while sometimes. I hope this guy either finds his way out of your life (you seem too sweet to be crying over some guy!), or he stops trying to make you cry!!

I hope everyone is enjoying his or her afternoon. It is so hot here in northern California. At least the Christmas music is putting me in a good mood. Did you just notice that good mood look weird together--they look alike except for the first letter but they do not sound alike? Do you see how easily entertained I am? I love Snoopy/Charlie Brown Christmas and I do not have a pair of Christmas PJ's ( I always buy my Boys a new pair each year).. my Yankee Candle stuff is suppose to be delivered today.. Im so excited !!!!!! Can you tell Im in the Christmas spirit HO HO HO
Now Hubby might not be too happy me spending all this money haha
