Well I finally broke down and downloaded angry birds onto mt tablet and now I think I'm addicted. My only saving grace is that it runs down the battery quick.

Everyone keeps talking about Angry Birds and telling me I should download it. I guess maybe I should give it a try!

I just got back from my visit to the foot dr. I am now in a walking boot aircast, I am to be out of work for the next 2 weeks, and I can't go back until after my follow up appt. It looks like I tore part of my fascia ligament away from my heel, if the aircast doesn't work, They will put me in a hard cast. I am so frustrated. :-?

Ouch! I hope the air cast works and that it helps alleviate the pain! Do you have know how you tore part of the ligament?

Guess what I found in one of my cabinets the other day while organizing??? My Christmas cookie cutters!!! A few weeks too late! When I was baking for Christmas I went to look for them and found Halloween ones. I didn't search any longer because I was thinking that maybe I never had any so I gave up the search. Welllllll, I was wrong! I forgot that I bought some on sale a couple of years ago, put them away and forgot about them. They still have not been used.

So I am depending on all of you to remind me I have cookie cutters for my Christmas 2012 baking! :!!

Will do - you had better tell us where you put them, too :wink:

I finally finished with my work a little while ago - two items are not identified as of yet, so I have more research ahead of me tomorrow. It is getting very cold out - I think it is time to go cover up and read or do some sort of craft - I have already made part of my Christmas gift list up for this year and if I don't start working on the handmade items, they won't get done in time.

Good evening all. It was a crazy busy day not being able to check in. Got caught up and now it's time to relax. My love is baking cookies...we'll see how it goes. She's a great baker we're just going to try a healthier recipe. We're both kinda health conscious but also fiends for dessert...it's quite the contradiction!

After cookies we're going to watch a movie. Sounds like the perfect Friday night! I hope all of yours can compare and we'll talk to you all soon!

I just don't want to get started on a game. This site is addicting enough! (it's a good thing though). :wink: By the way, facebook is okay but I am not addicted. If facebook suddenly shut down I don't think I would care but I would HATE IT if MMC went away!

I did it, you will never guess, taking out the garbage. Just pushing the cans out to curb, fast walking, I felt a "pop" in my heel.

I went to JP's Cub Scout meeting, thinking I would be sitting the whole time, but no it was a field trip to the Fire Station, I stood the whole time. My foot is feeling better, but still tough to stand with a hurt foot. So my 16 day weekend has started rough, I am going to go stir crazy over the next 2 weeks, you guys will get sick of me, I will be here quite a bit.

It's been a pretty good night around here. DF and I took all our Christmas stuff down finally...I was sad but I'm glad to have the extra space back! Now we just need to clean and de-clutter and our house should be livable again, lol!

I have been watching SVU on USA and holy crap I really love that show. Hopefully addicted, I am! While watching I've been snacking on Sweetarts, as I was able to get to the store and get some today, yay! Now we are settling down for the night, watching stand-up comedy on Comedy Central. Great way to end the work week!

Hope everyone is having a great friday! I have to work tomorrow. Yes. Work. This will be the first Saturday I have had to work at my job in 6 years. As Kermit the Frog says "Sheesh!". Life goes on! Sunday I go visit Mom. I have Sunday, Monday and Tuesday off. Yippy! William keeps pointing out houses with their Christmas lights still on. Its quite funny. He is getting as excited as I do. Well. My bed is calling me. Night everyone and have a great weekend!

I just got home from my 2nd job (cashier at cvs). Not too busy tonight since it was sooo cold out!

I hope you all have a great night! I'm going to curl up under a blanket now to stay warm. Even with the heat on in my house, my room is and always will be the coldest room in the house

Update: I have cancer in both breasts. First, I go for an MRI, then genetic testing of the tumors to see if they are "related" (NOT good) or independent. After that, surgery and radiation implants and finally chemo. My doctor is VERY confident. He told me, "I don't want to brag, but I am VERY good at my job and my cure rate is 5% better than the national average. He also said he thinks I will die of old age and NOT cancer!!! No wonder I have felt so calm!!! I appreciate ALL your kind thoughts, and your prayers have been WONDERFUL!!! Trust me!!! I told my daughter, but I won't tell my sons yet. Don't stop praying or sending positive thoughts!!!
