Christmas Countdown - 2013

Good Wednesday morning, my Christmas friends!

It's a little cool today, which is nice, but it's overcast, which is not. Beggars can't be choosers, eh?

We took Jacob to his guitar practice yesterday, they we went out to eat with my cousin and her family. After that, Nancy & Elizabeth stayed at the Arts Center where she has ballet and where she was in the Nutcracker last year. Elizabeth is now going to be in a production of "The King and I", so they had the first meeting yesterday.

The girls had plans to ride home with some friends who also have a child in the play, so Jacob and went home and watched a couple episodes of Dr. Who. I love that show!

I don't what this afternoon will bring. If nothing else, I need to cut the grass again. Who knew fertilizer would do that?

I am jealous of Adrian and his dad, I would love to go the Kentucky Derby, I already have it set to record on my DVR on Saturday.

They have been on the phone so much this week, discussing strategies!
Adrian is a little concerned with the weather, and getting there. But, so far, I think they'll be fine. La Crosse has sun right now, and that's where they're flying out of in a few hours.

Adrian left this morning for a trip with his Dad. They're going to the Kentucky Derby, and they are both very excited!!

What time will they be here to pick me up???? I've got the winner's all figured out!!!!

Good afternoon,

Another Wednesday night of work ahead of me, but the payoff is the day off tomorrow. Watching Spaceballs now, I wanted to watch something Christmassy but it's hard to turn down a Mel Brooks classic. My Bruins start their playoff run tonight, once again I am hoping for a long run from them.

Hello everyone. Not much is new here. I'm almost all the way done with school! Friday should be it, and I'm going to celebrate this weekend! I didn't want to attend the ceremony (boring, even if I am one of the ones graduating), so my family is throwing me a little get-together at my favorite BBQ place. I am going to celebrate big time. I'm eating very healthy this week, but Saturday will be my cheat day. I mean I'm going to go on one heck of a BBQ bender! :???:The amount of ribs and hot links I will consume at that place will possibly make women turn away and cause children to cry. It will not be for the faint of heart!

Okay, sorry...just a little excited, if you can't tell. Ready for this school to be over and the fun summer to start.

I hope you all are having a great week! I might show up to the Pines tonight and start my bender a little early...

Good evening! We had beautiful weather today. The girls took advantage of it and washed their cars after school. Then they decided to treat themselves to sushi. So nobody ate my chicken soup. I don't know why I bother, lol. My husband didn't even eat dinner yet, he's putting another coat of spackle on the kitchen walls. Anyway, my 17 year old was just offered a hostess job at a local waterfront restaurant and she wants to take it. She is going to give up the frozen yogurt job that she has. Believe it or not she will get out of work earlier at the restaurant than she does at the frozen yogurt place. And I guess that's more important to her than getting lots of free frozen yogurt!

I only have a small space. Maybe 1 foot by 6 foot. So I only grow tomatoes, green peppers, and I have 2 blueberry bushes that I planted last year.

You can use mine i have a massive one as long as i can have it back for my christmas decor

Had a rough day and a half, must have took the bad bug that was going round.. and all i can say is i wood not wish it on anyone
I think i got it outta the hospital as 2 others that was up with me have it to. last night i swore i was gonna die lol but its hard to kill a bad thing as they say over there :-D
Feel a lot better this evening i just hope my uncle does not take it as hes 73 and its sore on older people. so am cleaning everything with bleach and sprays ~} am even scared to give the dogs a treat and birds fruit
Weather is nice today a odd shower now and then. but think the rain is due back tomorrow
Anyway you all have a good day and will talk soon...

Had a rough day and a half, must have took the bad bug that was going round.. and all i can say is i wood not wish it on anyone
