Merry Tuesday ! It has flew by today. It is almost 3pm here so I will be starting dinner soon. It is grey and bleak here today.

Not a whole lot happening. Just entertaining the kids and catching up with chores. No errands to run today thankfully so we don't have to go out into the rain and wind.

I noticed a snowglobe that I had my eye on has come back into stock at a discounted price online. I am on a strict budget at the moment especially January-March. I am debating whether to get it or not......hmmmmm.

Well hope your day goes the way you want it and everyone is safe and comfortable through the current weather conditions.

My daughter had a class this morning and she said the traffic on the parkway was bumper to bumper. She said there were a few cars on the side of the road that looked like they may have spun out earlier. I don't like that wintry mix, it gets so icy. I would rather have a nice fluffy snow to drive on. Oh well. Spring will be here before we know it and it will all be behind us. Not too much going for me. I'm being lazy this morning. I need to get moving soon. I did a couple of loads of laundry but I have other chores to do. I also need to run to the supermarket but I want to wait until it stops raining. I hope everyone is well and has a great day!

We are going to be 50 on Thursday and then another snow storm on Saturday. They are saying March is going to be rough too from the looks of the long range forecast.

How is your weather forecast looking today?

We still have some flurries coming down, but the sun is supposed to come out later, with a high in the 30's! Yay!!

Today is my day off, I am so happy about that. It was nice to sleep in until 7:00 am. I have some appointments later, and Valerie is on, and with the temps warming up, it's going to be a fabulous day!

I came home before the snow gets too bad, so I'm working from home the rest of the day. I felt a little sheepish about it, but I live west of my workplace, where the snow is supposed to be worse. I'm happy to be here, even though I have to keep an eye on email from the office instead of enjoying myself.

I am soooooo sick today. I'd like to be home in bed, but I'm behind in my work so I came in. I might as well have stayed home, as all I've done is cough, blow my nose, and stare at the computer screen. This is the third cold I've had since the new year (the fourth since just before Christmas), I just can't seem to keep away from them this year. Maybe I'll just call it a day and get out of here, as I'm not getting any work done anyway. Ugh!

Good morning everyone. Home with the kids today for Presidents day. With all the cold and snowy weather we have been having I have Christmas on the mind. Picked up a couple gifts at the Hallmark store the other day - all their Christmas stuff is marked down 75% off. I just may go back again this week.

I plan on working on my Christmas notebook today... jotting down some new ideas for gifts, baking, decorating and activities.

Hello to all! Hope everyone is good. Uni has been very busy lately and it seems to me that this remaining week as well as the next week are going to be very occupied. I have two big assessments to hand in during that time but after that things will go easier I guess.

I also applied for a job position at the amazing tea lounge close to my home. It seems they had many applicants because that place is truly amazing and it makes sense that so many people would like to work there. Anyway, I have the interview there tomorrow evening. I hope it will go okey because I have been looking for a part-time job for quite a long time now. I have applied to many different places so it might be my chance now. Fingers crossed. ^^

I hope he can too!!!! I just walked outside and it's just one big sheet of ice here.

EEK! That's what it turned into here too. And my 85 year old parents were out in it 15 miles from home at a doc apt! Thankfully they made it home safe!

Tomorrow's 1 to 3 inches of snow is now supposed to be 3 to 6 inch, starting around midday and snowing at about 1 inch an hour during the afternoon. I'm worrying already about getting home from work safely. It's so much easier if I'm at home when it starts getting bad so I can stay here, as opposed to trying to get out of the office once it's started. I have all-season tires, and they're not always up to driving in a snowstorm.

Hope you have a safe trip home & don't get as much as predicted!
