we are now since a few weeks in the US. And we have seen a lot of wonderful places. Met a lot of Family we haven´t seen since so many years. And I met just nice people over here.
While Traveling through the states we found THAT place I will go again to and and I really really would like to live in work in.

Good morning snowflake!!! Sounds like you have a great weekend planned. Enjoy dinner with your parents & shopping! And I agree - I am not ready for the Christmas movies to be over! So sad! Even though I haven't caught a whole lot of them, I just like having them on in the background & knowing they are on if I want to sit down & watch!

We don't have a lot of plans this weekend. We are heading to the lake. One last weekend of r & r before the real fun begins! (moving bedroom upstairs, emptying cupboards, tearing out cupboards, ripping out soffit, tearing up flooring....ahhhhh) Lol! Have a great weekend!

I agree, I always have them on in the background if I'm not watching, and DVR some as well. I have most of them on video (with the exception of the newer ones that haven't been released) but it's still special when they're on TV, especially during CIJ!

Good Morning, MMC!!!!! It's going to be a warm day here with high's in the mid 80's. It looks like we will see some strong storms over the weekend but I just can't wait until Tuesday when they are showing a high of 74!!! Not to much going on here today. They are coming the apartments replacing all of the rotten wood on the porches and getting them ready for painting. They finally started on our building this morning. So I went out and cleaned everything off of the porch so they don't get stuff all over them. Now I'm working around the house and have the local tv stations on. We had a cop killed last weekend and they are showing his funeral this morning. Then it will be back to Christmas movies and racing this afternoon. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!

That is so sad about the police officer. Praying for him, his family, and the department.

Thanks friend!!! 4 days would be great!!!! My wild girl is just too nosey to have that electric cord out there.! She LOVES the big dirt pile in the back yard! HA!

I call Har my little PI, because her nose is always investigating everything too!

I would love to move there too!!!!!!! It's only about three and a half hours from me and I really need to go again!!!!! It's been way to long!!!!!!

Good morning MMC! Looking forward to closing out the work week around noon'ish! Excited to head home & see what the boys are doing there today! I'll probably head to the grocery store this afternoon before heading to the lake. Actually, I probably won't head to the lake until the contractors leave - we let our door open for them so they can use our restroom - don't want that open all weekend! Although they would lock up behind them. :smile: We'll see! Other than finishing up some laundry, that's all that I have planned for the day! Ahhhh - so happy it's Friday!

I couldn't agree with you more!!! I freeze in the office all day -I usually have my sweatshirt on. When I walk outside I soak up that heat. Feels so good!! (Now I don't love the hot AND humid, but I'm not complaining yet... LOL) Hope your check up goes well!

The checkup went pretty well, except for having put on [mumble] pounds since my last checkup. I blamed just having come back from vacation, plus the birthday cake and ice cream. And for the first time that I can remember, I had a high blood pressure reading. For that, I blame the workweek I've had! Maybe the weekend will take it down a few points.

On the other hand, when I got to work, a couple of co-workers getting on the elevator as I was walking toward the stairwell challenged me to a race to the fourth floor, and I won. (Then again, it's a REALLY slow elevator. cheesy )
