All our snow is gone, the tree is not decorated yet, decorations have to be put up outside, I am sooo behind! Our big family celebration is on Saturday (that is what all the raisin bread is for, mom gives everyone a loaf every Christmas).
I think that we will do the decorating on Sunday while enjoying the worlds biggest Christmas party !

Hopefully, today will be better, but it has started off damp and still cold at 35 degrees here in central NC.

here it is rather mild for December, no snow but apparently it is on the way, some kind of special weather statement is out right now. It will not hit us to hard, but I hear Brent up in Ottawa is really going to get it !
Looking forward to soaking in the hot tub at the pines tonight after all this raisin bread is done baking.

You need to come here!! There is a restaurant called Papa Roux and they have it every day as part of their unlimited sides. They like to do some fun ones too. Everybody raves about their Chocolate Chip cookie dough bread pudding. Last week it was Eggnog bread pudding. They've done lucky charms, oatmeal creme pie, blueberry donuts, count chocoula, smores, and tons more.

Good Morning, MMC!!!!! It looks like it's going to be another chilly overcast day here with a high in the mid 30's. My goal today is to finish shopping for my niece and nephew in Seattle so I can get the 2nd and hopefully final box shipped to them. I also need to get some laundry and cleaning done. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!
