LOL That's so funny! In my perfect world I would hybernate from March 1st to September 30th. I love October through February. Actually October, December and February are my favorite months.

Always interests me as to why people prefer certain months over others. :-)

But work calls, and the snow storm has brought hazardous roads. So I need to give myself plenty of time for the commute.
Unfortunately, we had to cancel our special dinner plans. It wasn't safe to travel that far.
My sister-in-law had 6 inches of snow, by the time I got home from work. It's a winter wonderland out there. And it will continue throughout the day. It is beautiful, though!
I ended up taking Adrian out to lunch, it was nice.

Mostly a weather and light thing for me. English weather is dreadful. Those months are the darkest, wettest and coldest and everyone struggles with an ongoing cold. Also because I feel like I can't start the countdown to next season if I am still in it somehow. The good thing is I look forward to these couple months to get some work done - it's actually my most productive! :D

2015 is almost done, seems like just a short time ago we started this thread and now it is almost ready to close.
The storm has mostly passed leaving snow and ice in its path. Still getting some rain which means most of the snow will go too.
Nothing to do until I go to work this afternoon at 1, unless I clean the kitchen or start some packing for the move....nah, I think I will just do nothing ! Sounds like more fun.

Adrian did, too. He took our nephew, Reid, on the premiere night (it was a big treat for him, since it was a school night).
And then he went a second time, on Christmas Eve morning =]

I think my wife has moved on from the Christmas music, she is listening to the top 40 stuff instead of the best Christmassy selections. I will listen to it until the middle of January.

My Pandora Christmas stations are still playing strong and will continue to do so all year round.

LOL I start using my headphones about now or only using the speakers when I'm home alone. I try to be respectful of those around me who do not share my obsession, lest I drive them insane. LOL
 
Good Morning MMC...hope you are having a good week so far! We got a little bit of snow and sleet overnight so it is a little dreary out there now. Not too much planned for today...yesterday my hubby and I took the girls shopping to use a few of their gift cards. My dishwasher broke so we got a new one and they are delivering it between 3 &5 today so I think we are going to hang out at home. I am going to make corned beef and cabbage for dinner.

Good morning,

Just starting to get up for the day, been laying in bed relaxing reading the news and stuff online.
It is a winter wonderland this morning, I just love the winter, whenever it snows it brings me back to Christmas. The PCB's feel like they are starting to creep in, I feel that hallow sense in my heart that the season is slipping away, I will continue to enjoy it as thoroughly as possible, but it is inevitable every year.
I head to work for 4, I will be rushing this inventory. :D
I will be back throughout the day.

I listen no matter what, I can't quit cold turkey on my Christmas music, I choose a Christmas song everyday for mine and anyone else who wants to listen all year long on a thread here.

Weather terrible. Rain that just won't quit. Same prediction all the way to Friday, at which point we loose the warm temps and approach the freezing mark.
In the late fall/winter around here that's the way it often goes -- you either get warm weather or dry conditions but not both at the same time.
