Good morning, friends~
Merry Friday Eve!!
We will have a "warm up" for two days, then back to the frigid negative temperatures for the highs.
Har and I will enjoy being able to go for walks again.

Great to see you, too, Snowflake! Work is going well, but slow. The cold and the hours are getting to me. I was up by 1 this morning so it will be an early night tonight. How are things out your way? We've had quite a bit of snow making for icy roads and since we are weather twins, I've been keeping you and Adrian in my prayers. Be safe! Yes, Miss Palmer has been keeping me company. She is having a hard time getting used to the new schedule. Poor girl; she tries so hard! Have a merry day/rest-of-the-week! (((HUGS)))

I got to listen to the first volume of the album I purchased and converted it to digital. Started Volume 2, but didn't get to finish it. Will cue it up again in the morning. :) In the process of doing that, the stereo system in Noah's room has a storage area at the bottom for LPs, of which there were many. Quite frankly I was shocked there were so many as to my knowledge he only had a few. Apparently he had put most of the albums from a storage bin that was at my mom's house into the rack, most of which were mine from childhood. I started reminiscing looking through the titles and was so excited to find two more albums from my mother's Christmas collection!

One was the very first Christmas album they bought for their first Christmas together after they were married. A Merry Mancini Christmas. I'm going to digitize it to a CD and give it to her. She talked about that album frequently, but they have not had a turntable that could play LPs in decades. She spoke of wishing she could hear it again, but I never remembered seeing the cover and she couldn't describe it either. It was just, "That Mancini Christmas album..." This is it:

I only got one tree down, the little 3 foot tree in the window. The snow falling this morning made it feel too Christmassy to take them all down. Oh well I get a few more days to enjoy them

This week has gone by slowly for me, not sure why because I have been extremely busy both at work and home, however the month does seem to be flying by.
It's crazy.

Thanks Stacey, he is doing much, much better. Mr F however is home sick today. He'll be fine, just this winter virus that is going around.

Glad you get a warm up to give you a break from the cold. Look after yourself though with these drastic fluctuations in temps. Enjoy your walk with Har!
