The pic is helpful. Now I know who to look for to help dig me out for free since they enjoy the snow so much...I wanted this like in 2011!
I am 6'1 and the snowbank was taller than me. We had 4 feet of snow on the ground at one point.
She is in my thoughts.
That would be correct. I've been running at my usual time and it's been lighter out now in the a.m...that's all about to change at least for the next few weeks.

Curiosity killed the cat, but satisfaction brought him back.Yes, HMG...these darn coughs can hang on forever. I don't think my hubby or I have totally quit coughing all winter!! So many people coughing! And I don't think the mild/up & down winter weather helped with that either. I hope we all quit coughing soon!
I always call Gracie the long nosed varmint! She can stretch that nose so far to get things she's not supposed too!That made me laugh about your cats. We were at my sisters last night in their building unloading the things they brought home from my SIL's house onto tables. Their cat was up on the table checking everything out, numerous times. Makes me laugh how high they can jump!
I can't tell you how many times we have brought groceries home and the cats are going through all the bags as to act like they are checking out what we bought.
I hope the coughs disappear soon.

I hope the headache wasn't too bad.
I remember that day so clearly, that snowstorm dumped 30 inches of snow on us. I had been out of work the 3 previous days with some sort of bug, I was sick as a dog shoveling that snow. My wife and I took turns shoveling. I think it took us just under 3 hours to dig out.

I spent the day doing little things around the house, not too much excitement today.
It hit 80*f here this afternoon, you should have seen me getting the mail. I was like a vampire or gremlin trying to get out of the sun/heat as quick as possible.

Mornings come too quickly!
My eldest is on a school trip today and had to be in school earlier than normal. I am always nervous when they go on trips and this one is the furthest away they have ever been. I won't feel settled until I pick him up this evening.

Thinking of you today Holiday. I hope the burial passes as well as can be. Good luck with the house. I hope you all get through the process quickly and with courage.Well, it's almost quitting time here! YAY! I won't be around tomorrow. Tomorrow we lay my SIL to rest, then we are going to her house with trucks, trailer, dump truck, etc. to continue with the clean up process! Will be a long day!
