It was HOT today, the thermometer in my car said 90*f. It sapped my energy, and I got my first summer heat headache today. I really need to see if I can move next to Santa at the North Pole.
Busy here most of the day, but watched the Red Sox beat the Rockies and just finished watching the San Jose Sharks punch their ticket to the Stanley Cup Final. They have 2 players, Joe Thornton (former Bruin) and Patrick Marleau who have been playing for 18 years and never made it to the Final. So congrats to them and their team.

Sorry you had a headache. Honestly I loved the warmth. It felt good. By August I will be tired of it but till then I'm enjoying it.

Now that I think about it, this will be the first time since last Christmas that all three kids have been home at the same time. Michelle(wife/kindergarten teacher) is sleeping in this morning now that school is out. I wish I got 8 weeks off in the summer. PAID!

Good Thursday Morning MMC! It was a mild night but with my window open and my fan on I still wound up going under my blanket. Not bad sleeping weather yet...by the weekend might be really humid hence why the a/c is going up on Saturday. Today I'm just looking to have a good day at work and then we can start tonight to build the excitement for the Memorial Day weekend ahead.

Good Morning, Folks.

Under the two week mark, now!

Days to the Season: 171
Days to Christmas Day: 213

And the numbers do indeed inform us that we are now UNDER 2 weeks away from our next Milestone, the 200-day Christmas Day Window.
And the following day, we start a double-100's count as we advance steadily onward towards Christmas Season 2016!


Sure as predicted, we had a nice, warm, sunny day with no rain yesterday.
More of the same today which is good for a painting project I am working on.
We stand just under 68 degrees outside here at this hour.

** TRAVEL ALERT **

Well, we have nearly reached the third of the three trips for this month.
Back to the cottage for another visit before the rental season kicks off next month.

We are leaving tomorrow afternoon, so a volunteer will be needed for Saturday and Sunday mornings, with the possibility of Monday as well, if the weather is nice at the coast and no one has a time conflict.
Volunteers??
