Good morning! :D Happy Friday! :jump

Looking forward to the weekend! I got some things packed up for the lake last night & dropped some things off out there already! I'm going to make a smoked turkey roast & smoked twice baked potatoes, either Saturday or Sunday out there. Can't wait! We have 2 graduation parties but other than that we are planning on being at the lake. Hoping for nice weather! xx We got some unfortunate news last night that my Uncle Bob passed away. I'm assuming his viewing will be Monday with burial on Tuesday. He was such a good, smiley man! He'll be missed, for sure!

Thank you! He was in his early 90's ~ he lived a good long life. We will celebrate a wonderful life lived! :)
I'll pass along a hug (or 2) to my Gracie girl! :) I'm glad you said that - I need to get out her patriotic bandana!

 
She will be waiting when I get home, I'm sure! I mentioned the word "lake" the other night & she wouldn't leave my side. I wasn't going w/o her! :p

Good Friday Morning MMC! TGIF! And this is a big one. Been looking forward to Memorial Day weekend for weeks...even months. I always think of this being a turning point in the year as most people do. It really feels like summer time now and we pretty much this weekend start full-fledged into summer. I love it. I'm glad it's here and looking forward to some relaxation this weekend, a bbq on Memorial Day and of course there will be errands and such that have to get done.

I can't wait to go to the amusement park and see some fireworks. They do that here every Friday in July/August. I usually go 3-4 times.

And I'm doing well, thanks for asking. Between my family, MMC, my coworkers and the positive vibes I've gotten from Nitro's owner about how awesome his life was considering he was an underdog I feel good about him. And we also want to find another dog to spoil like him.

Oh how wonderful they do fireworks throughout summer! Really adds to the summer vibe I bet!

Is your shop located near Frankenmuth? It's so awesome to meet a fellow Michigan Christmas fiend on here! We got married in Frankenmuth at Sullivan's and go back every year for our anniversary.
