Yep those are on my grocery list, they're perfect for ice cream sandwiches. I'll probably also make a batch of chocolate chip cookies and one other kind of cookie to make other kinds of ice cream sandwiches.

I understand. Sometimes you just have to make do. I have lived in hot climates abroad without any air con so I agree it is possible Houses here don't have AC. I am using fans for our current heat wave (70s F) We don't get as hot as you all over there.
