Happy Tuesday, Brad~Good Tuesday afternoon, my Christmas friends!
It's been pretty busy again this morning, but I'm not as far behind as I was last week. I'm expecting a big order any day now, and I'm trying to make sure I'm caught up when it arrives.
I've volunteered for the additional duties of running an engraving machine (of all things) here at work. We cast a large brass I.D. tag in the wall of the concrete poles we manufacture, and we've always stamped the tag with a hammer & stamp kit, but it's not very professional-looking.
One of our steel pole facilities had been using an engraving machine for their ID tags, and they bought a new one, and after some pretty embarrassing begging on my part, they sent me their old one. It's awesome! It takes some time & patience, but the tags are super professional now!
The problem is, I don't trust anyone else to do it right, so I'm doing them all myself. The boss said that was up to me, but don't expect a raise for it LOL! It just stopped, so it's time to set it up for the next tag.

Good Afternoon, Happy Holiday Lovers.
And every day, the count makes us happier and happier!

Days to the Season: 152
Days to Christmas Day: 194
And of great concern, but much happiness, is the fact that we are now down to a bare 12 days until the HALF WAY MARKER to Christmas Day.
(That's nearly SINGLE DIGITS!)
Well, a cool respite from the heat was much appreciated yesterday. The humidity was down too, for a rather pleasant early June day.
Today is a different story however, with a return to more summer-like conditions although not as bad as Sunday was.
Currently, we perceive 85 degrees here this afternoon on our back door thermometer.
A Terrific Tuesday can be yours with the right attitude. And the best start toward one is to ponder the pending Christmas Season with all the joy and hope it brings.

We had GREAT success at the dealer today-got a 2015 Focus with 6,000 miles on it for a GREAT price and great financing. I'm so glad and relieved. We got an extra deal with our financing too that even our salesman was surprised to see, which was AWESOME. Glad we have reliable transportation for me and Mr. again!! Happy Pines Eve folks!!
