Vacation is over, the Fourth is over, and it's back to work and the daily routine. Like a lot of others here, we're expecting very hot weather the next couple of days. Keep cool and hydrated!

My laryngitis is still hanging on---today is the beginning of the third week. I've been trying to ignore it, but it makes me feel so tired, I could put my head down and sleep right here on my desk. (I really enjoyed sleeping in during the holiday weekend!) But it's time to step up and be an employee again.

I hope everyone is having an excellent Tuesday. I went off my diet this weekend and feel awful from all of the bad eating and drinking. I definitely need to do a cleanse lol. I just finished my Christmas in July playlist. I can post a drop box link to it if anyone is interested. Do any of you make a CIJ playlist? If so, send it to me!!

Well Frosty eating bad on a holiday is allowed!

I joined that club also!! So much food and drinks..arghh
Its taken me all morning to feel better,neighbor is stopping in for lunch today hoping he brings Starbucks..lol

That's what my wife says too. It was a little of the eating, but honestly the beer probably did most of the damage. I have lost 67 lbs since last August and have 10 more pounds to reach my goal so I've been super cautious of what I eat and drink. I know that when I weigh in this Friday I will not be seeing the result I want, I will most likely have gained a pound or two and I need to accept that and move on with my eye on the goal. If I don't lose this final ten by October I'm done for because I love all of the fall treats and pumpkin beers. :p

We had such a busy weekend, I'm exhausted! I have to run to the supermarket to do some food shopping. Other than that I'll be working on the laundry, I slacked the past couple of days and it really piled up. Not too much else going on, just going to take it easy today. Still trying to recover from the weekend holiday here. Cleanup started this morning,now its getting hot out. My neighbor and their family had a great time with us and I managed to send leftovers home with everyone so we arent eatting pork until Labor Day..lol

I won't be stepping on a scale after a week of vacation. Maybe after a week of work I'll get brave. LOL! Good luck reaching your goal. Good for you!!
