Maggie's doing alright. The heat and humidity are definitely getting to her, I only let her stay in the yard for a few minutes at a time. So far I've been able to keep her cough under control with the suppressant. I'm not wishing the summer away but I'm certainly looking forward to the cooler Autumn temperatures. I just read that Harlowe is still having some issues, I'm sorry to hear that. I'm glad they ruled out the bladder stones. I hope they can figure out what's going on. I will continue to keep the both of you in my prayers <3

Glad that Maggie is doing alright, but I hope she feels better and better every day. The heat & humidity are so difficult on our girls, especially with their health issues. Please give her a hug for us. Continued love & prayers being sent to you both~

Good morning ~
Happy Thursday!
It's going to be another warm and humid day, we're expecting thunderstorms later this afternoon. Not too much going on here. My husband wants to work on the gazebo for a couple of hours. This project is taking much longer to finish than he said it would. That's alright though, I'm sure it will be worth it when its finished. I think I'm going to do some shopping this afternoon, my daughter has a birthday coming up. I'm also going to stop at my butcher, there was a fire in the store a year ago and he finally re-opened. I can't wait to see the new store. That's about it for me. Hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!

It was disgustingly HOT today, Six Flags was so uncomfortable in the heat and all the people there. We will not head back there when it is as hot as it was today. Driving through downtown Springfield, MA at 6pm the thermometer in the car said 95 outside.

Tomorrow we will stay where it's cool and see a movie.

I know how much you hate this heat (like my mom does). Hopefully it will cool off (or be less hot) like they're saying later in the weekend through the first half of next week.

Good Thursday Morning MMC! Happy Friday Eve! It's hot out already! I came home from my daily run soaked in sweat (you're welcome for the nice image). But this time of year I often say if you go running at 6AM you're still gonna come home all sweated as if you ran in the middle of the day. It's definitely hardcore summer time weather out there. Oh well I did say I didn't like the cold and snow in the winter so I can't complain about the heat now. I'd still take this weather over the brutal cold of January. But I won't mind if it cools off eventually at least a little bit.

Yes, Folks. Time is passing away and we find ourselves precisely one, lone week away from the TWO-THIRDS mark to Christmas Season 2016, hard though that may be to believe.
(And as you can also see, we are getting mighty close to a DOUBLE DIGITS Season count, as well. WOW!!)

More rain yesterday afternoon, but it didn't amount to much and there was no lightning or thunder. No severe weather watches or warning either, always good news!
Our thermometer reads 76 degrees here this morning and we are hopeful for a dry day.

I can imagine how hot Six Flags was!! My kids are asking to go there his year too. I am off next week so we may take them to Lake Compounce...not sure!! Have a good day...stay cool!

Good morning MMC....merry Friday Eve. Just work today and trying to stay cool. I am also going to try to get a workout in today. Going to be another hot and humid day but they are saying some afternoon/evening storms...we'll see. Hope everyone enjoys their day!
