Last year they had the bus routes planned really nice for me ( :p) I didn't get behind any busses unless I was running late! I guess we'll see what this year brings...but not for a few weeks yet!

Seems like every summer feels a little shorter ... and this year I've had so many days spoiled either battling a cold or tooth problems that I feel short-changed this year. I must remind myself that August isn't even here yet!

It passes by quickly enough as it is. Please don't help it along...The morning light is already rising from bed sufficiently late, such that it is too dark to safely get an outdoor workout in before work.

I hope everyone's having a nice day so far. I've been on the run, Maggie had a groomer appointment this morning. I ran a bunch of errands as well. Just having a quick bite to eat and then I'm going to work on my daily chores. I have to run back out in a little bit to pick up a prescription at Rite Aid. That's about it. We're all going out for dinner this evening, just trying to decide where to go. I was thinking about The Cheesecake Factory but I'm kind of craving Italian too. Decisions, decisions.

I have really noticed the darkness in the mornings & my morning walking buddy is leaving for Alaska tonight for 10 days! (lucky girl!)

This must have been groomer week. Har on Tuesday, Gracie on Wednesday & Maggie on Thursday! :p

I'm disappointed to see it getting dark earlier ... except during the Christmas season, it's so gloomy when it's dark by the time I get out of work. I'm just not ready to let go of long summer daylight yet!

I did take a photo of her before I left for work yesterday, but it's a vertical shot. For whatever reason, whenever I try to post them here now it gets turned on it's side.
I will try posting it ❤️

That's something I'll miss about summer, and I'll miss having lunch with the kids every day.
