The weekend is almost here - again! According to the forecast, the temperature is to calm down a little bit by only reaching the 80s via humidex tomorrow. As of right now, it's the only day in the long range forecast to reach it, too. Autumn air could be on its way.
Yesterday, I saw that it was about 27c/77f outside before I went for my run. I didn't think that the humidex would be that bad. When I arrived home after my 8.35km/5.2mile run, my clothes were absolutely drenched and I could barely move. The real reason? Well, it was more than 100f with humidex!
Well, we're only two days away from NFL Sunday Kickoff. It was great to watch some football last night with the Broncos beating the Panthers. What an exciting game, too! Don't worry, Crown, your Panthers still look great!
I should do a few things around the house now though. Have a great Friday, everyone!!

Oh gosh, I would hardly call it a village .... yet LOL I don't have any actual halloween houses but I have a couple harvest/autumn ones which I will blend in with the few halloween table accents and accessories. It pales in comparison to yours and others
We finished watching Stranger Things last night!!! I look forward to the second series.
I would most definitely call it a village! And I'm sure they are lovely pieces.
I have an autumn/harvest village and a Halloween one, too. I started them each with one piece, and continued to build on when I could or found pieces that I loved.

I don't think we have that brand in New England. I'll look again, though!It was very good & moist. The package says you can make it on the grill, bake, or broil it. I baked ours last night. I actually found them at our store in the butcher's dept, by all the raw chicken, ground beef, sausage, etc.

There aren't many Christmas decorations here, but someone ALWAYS asks if I'm going to decorate my desk this year! I usually bring a desktop lighted tree, a festive doormat for next to my desk, and something on the wall. Last year I added a countdown. It goes up to 99, so I could start that in a few days.That's a great idea. Something to brighten up the work place!
But I'll probably wait.
