Merry Sunday,

Just starting my day with a cup of tea before I leave for work. It has been very autumnal in the 50s this weekend. It's chilly this morning in the 40s with a light frost.

After The Lake House I ended up watching When Harry Met Sally yesterday, another autumn favourite.

Hi everyone .. Very busy weekend for us .. first highschool football game was last night. We won which was great but it was so hot out there and the heat continue today. I think summer is trying to get one last hurrah in these past few days with temps in the 90s. I am so ready for the highs in the 60s and 70s.

Picked up few stocking stuffers yesterday, hoping to pick up a few more later this week.

Few more weeks and we will pick up our haybales and cornstalks to decorate the outside with. Counting down ...

We've been quite busy the last few days, didn't get home until after 1030 last night, and had company tonight. I work a rare Sunday tomorrow, I will be missing my Bengals taking on Edge's Jets. It is actually on TV in this area tomorrow for a change too. I have the DVR set to record it, nobody ruin it for me, okay.
I am heading to bed, I have to be up in 4.5 hours for work.

Hope you get through the day without hearing the score. I know the problem with that from my years in the military. My son is also a Bengals fan in Southern Ohio, so I know he is also pulling for them (no offense Edge).

Good morning all. Looks to be a beautiful Sunday here in South Dakota. Got my little duties out of the way, so a full day of the NFL lies ahead. I usually stick with the NFL Red Zone broadcast to catch every game, every score and... no commercials. I plan on watching it all from the comfort of my office, so I will undoubtedly get some things done in there as well.
It is 5:30 in the morning here and I hope you all have a great day. Looks like even Snowflake22 is getting a chance to sleep in. Good for you young lady. Here is a nice pic to get you all in the mood (either for football or just for a smile)

Good morning all my Christmas loving friends !

it has been a crazy week here, crazy few weeks actually.
Made 306 cupcakes and one 3 tiered cake yesterday. 5 hours of work

thanks to LittleCS and my favorite son for their help !
(note he is using a Christmas mug for the sprinkles ! )

it is our church's 100th anniversary today. We are having a special service then a community wide pork roast and block party with those jumping things for the kids and lots of fun...bring a lawn chair.

That's fantastic Christmasstar. 100 years of doing God's will is a notable accomplishment for any church. Your help in the celebration is very kind of you and I hope the block party is a huge success, perhaps bringing others into the fold. I wish more churches would do this. Have a great time.

Man, this morning and afternoon it was soooooo hot! But around 6:00, a cool breeze came up and dropped the temp about 15 degrees. It was nice! I was outside putting together Bambina's swing set she is getting for her birthday. Hopefully, there will be more of that tomorrow!

Seems like a lot of us around MMC are getting a cooler shot of air. It's nice!

Absolutely HMG. Hard to believe it's 15 years!!! Yet in some ways it seems a million years ago. But I remember it like yesterday. I was on my college campus at class and then I started hearing on my little transistor radio around 9AM (when I had a break) about everything that was happening. Of course, at that time we didn't realize exactly what was happening. That was still the most surreal day that I've ever been alive and I hope we never ever see anything that terrible again.

Good Sunday Morning MMC! If you're an NFL fan this is like Christmas morning. This guy calls up on the radio every year on the 1st Sunday of football and says that. I think that this is why I love the 'Bers more than anything...all of these amazing little steps that we take through them. From September 1 then to Labor Day now to the NFL being back on Sundays...it just gets better and better. Anyway, I have to teach Rollins that his bed is not a toy because he barks at and drags it around the house. Well...other than that I got a lot done Saturday so Sunday afternoon it's football time!
