Absolutely HMG. Hard to believe it's 15 years!!! Yet in some ways it seems a million years ago. But I remember it like yesterday. I was on my college campus at class and then I started hearing on my little transistor radio around 9AM (when I had a break) about everything that was happening. Of course, at that time we didn't realize exactly what was happening. That was still the most surreal day that I've ever been alive and I hope we never ever see anything that terrible again.

It was such an unforgettable day. I remember walking into work that morning and in simply passing by the TV, I saw the twin towers and at first thought it was some kind of movie, until I of course heard differently.

That's how the day felt to me...the whole day felt like I was living in a movie...like it wasn't real or I was dreaming.

Good Sunday Morning MMC! If you're an NFL fan this is like Christmas morning. This guy calls up on the radio every year on the 1st Sunday of football and says that. I think that this is why I love the 'Bers more than anything...all of these amazing little steps that we take through them. From September 1 then to Labor Day now to the NFL being back on Sundays...it just gets better and better. Anyway, I have to teach Rollins that his bed is not a toy because he barks at and drags it around the house. Well...other than that I got a lot done Saturday so Sunday afternoon it's football time!

And for those USA NFL fans that do not have a team in their home state, but still want to rout for the "Home Team", the NFL has designated regions (not that you cannot rout for your team of "choice"). Here is a map that shows the teams and the areas they cover. Play hard and leave it all on the field!

Good evening,

We've been quite busy the last few days, didn't get home until after 1030 last night, and had company tonight. I work a rare Sunday tomorrow, I will be missing my Bengals taking on Edge's Jets. It is actually on TV in this area tomorrow for a change too. I have the DVR set to record it, nobody ruin it for me, okay.
I am heading to bed, I have to be up in 4.5 hours for work.

I enjoyed the movie. It's nice to escape reality for a bit and just go with it. Loved the scenery and bits of the soundtrack.

Just starting my day with a cup of tea before I leave for work. It has been very autumnal in the 50s this weekend. It's chilly this morning in the 40s with a light frost.

After The Lake House I ended up watching When Harry Met Sally yesterday, another autumn favourite.

Good morning all. Looks to be a beautiful Sunday here in South Dakota. Got my little duties out of the way, so a full day of the NFL lies ahead. I usually stick with the NFL Red Zone broadcast to catch every game, every score and... no commercials. I plan on watching it all from the comfort of my office, so I will undoubtedly get some things done in there as well.
It is 5:30 in the morning here and I hope you all have a great day. Looks like even Snowflake22 is getting a chance to sleep in. Good for you young lady. Here is a nice pic to get you all in the mood (either for football or just for a smile)

Good morning all my Christmas loving friends !

it has been a crazy week here, crazy few weeks actually.
Made 306 cupcakes and one 3 tiered cake yesterday. 5 hours of work

thanks to LittleCS and my favorite son for their help !
(note he is using a Christmas mug for the sprinkles ! )

it is our church's 100th anniversary today. We are having a special service then a community wide pork roast and block party with those jumping things for the kids and lots of fun...bring a lawn chair.

Good Morning, Folks.

It's coming.
Like a freight tran.
Christmas Season 2016. Bearing down on us.
And by knowing its distance, we can try to protect ourselves from the shock!

As such, we carefully check each day's figures.
Here are today's:
Days to the Season: 63
Days to Christmas Day: 105

And quickly we note that 100-day Christmas Day Milestone is now just FIVE days away.
It's the next warning, Guys. These markers put us on notice, one by one, that Christmas Season 2016 is rapidly approaching and we had better be ready!


Still too warm for comfort yesterday. And plenty of humidity to go around as well.
But relief is promised shortly -- by mid week, in fact.
(That's certainly good news!)
We see 75 degrees here currently in the capital city.

Good fall morning folks! Although it'll still be almost 90 and sticky out there today. We're getting better though! Went grocery shopping early. Now, I've got church and planning for some programs I'm leading this week, and more errands around the house while watching FOOTBALL. I can't wait to watch! Hope everyone has a good one!
