[Festive Spirit]

Tuesday morning, very early. Catching up from yesterday on the computer and then around 5AM, I'll head off to the church for a few hours of study and peace.
Work week begins once again, but thankfully I am all rested up and ready to go. The one great thing about being up this early is that I am usually ready to go back to sleep around 1 or 2PM, which makes the overnight shift go easier.
I hope everyone had either a productive or restful Monday. For you Steeler fans... nice first outing.

Happy Tuesday!
It's going to be a cloudy, autumnal day, with a high of 64 degrees!
Pumpkins are popping up all over town, and I'm seeing them along with scarecrows, mums, hay bales, and cornstalks all over the neighborhood..looks so festive!!
I need to go mum shopping!

Merry Tuesday,

We are having a heatwave!
It's currently 72 and later we will be roasting in the upper 70s !!!! The warmest September day in 50 years!
I'll take it!!!! I would love to hold on to 60s/70s for as long as possible!

Happy Monday!
Hope everyone had a nice weekend. It flew by for me. We attended a 30th birthday party for my nephew on Saturday. Still can't believe he's 30, I feel so old! I was just a teenager when he was born, the years have flown by.
Yesterday we ended up bringing Maggie in to the animal hospital because she was fussing with her paw. The doctor said it looked like it was a bit inflamed but couldn't find a reason why. They sent me home with a topical spray to give her some relief. She's already on antibiotics in case there's something else going on. She hasn't touched it so far today, so fingers crossed the topical spray is taking care of whatever was bothering her. Another weekend has gone by and my husband still didn't take my Autumn decorations down. By the time we got home from the animal hospital yesterday he had too many things to take care of around the house. I didn't want to go in to the attic myself, but I may have to.
Not too much going on today, typical day of errands and chores. The temperatures have cooled off a bit, it was beautiful when I woke up this morningok. It's going to warm up to a high of 75 today.

I sure hope little Maggie has stopped picking at her paw and is doing ok. Hope you get a chance to get your decorations out of the attic soon.

Morning/Afternoon/Evening everyone!! It's the start of the "crazy" week for me. 5 days to the wedding. Just have some little stuff to wrap up for the wedding, but it seems that there's a ton of them. I have off Friday and Monday so hopefully Monday I can relax and recover.

Does Rollins like to fetch? Leo could literally fetch a ball for hours....he LOVES it...lol

Leo sounds like my Loki. When he hears the word "donne" ("give" in French- Loki is bilingual lol), his tail starts wagging like crazy and he'll find a toy and will play fetch non-stop.

Good morning everyone! Day off for me and lots to do to prepare for the store's 10th anniversary next week (I'm in charge of ordering the cakes and catering and balloons and such). Thankfully with the magic of the Internet, almost everything can be done from home. Wishing everyone a great day!
