Been a rough night here in our household...Been up most of the night with our little one with a sore tummy and was sick several times....She is back sleeping now so we are hoping she will feel better when she wakes up...Relaxing day ahead for us all...Enjoy your weekend ahead christmas friends

Happy Saturday!
It's going to be cloudy and windy today with scattered showers, highs near 56 degrees. Unfortunately, I have to head out in the rain this morning to make a big food shopping trip. I'm running low on some things so it really can't wait. Not too much going on this afternoon, I'll just be working on some chores around the house. I'm sure I'll find the time to do some reading and relax as well. My husband and the girls all have to work for a few hours but we''ll meet up for dinner. I'm giving myself a break tonight and we're going to order pizza. That's about it for me.

for now this key board is actually working so i will take advantage of it and get as much done as possible.
I have to work until 1:30 today and then we are going off to visit our local museum to see the "Lion , the Witch and the Wardrobe" exhibit. The play is on at the Stratford festival this year, we have tickets to see it on November 2.
Work on my competition cake has started. I hope to get a fair bit done this weekend. I only have a few more weeks so really need to get busy.

you would not like this one, it is made of Styrofoam. Competition cakes take many days to make and then are display for many more. Real cake just does not work for this. sorry
