A chocolate/vanilla pinwheel cookie. It was a hassle and the cookie was a bit on the dry side.
Well bummer! Now you know!!..
I mixed up some of Emma's bread dough at lunch. I need to get home quick after work to punch it back down & let it raise again. Hopefully it's not overflowing!! :D

Everyone, have a wonderful evening!!!

Good Monday morning, Christmas friends!

It was another busy, busy weekend for us, chasing Elizabeth around with her Prom dress needs, and her competition dancing. Her group did great Sunday, earning Platinum scores...she was so proud, and so were we!

It's another busy day at work, too. I hope y'all have a great day! :D

Congratulations to Elizabeth :)

I've never made bread or anything that needs to be kneaded and to rise. I want to make pizza dough actually, might try this weekend. Hope your bread turned out how you wanted Holiday.

Good evening,

Monday down , inventory next. Tomorrow is inventory, a late night awaits. Watching Deadpool for a few minutes before drifting off. At least I get to sleep in the next 2 days. Looking forward to the weekend and the next Black Wolves game.

I hope you all had a great day

Goodnight, everyone

Morning MMC! Another rainy day here but they promise we'll see a lot of sunshine on Wednesday and Thursday. That will be nice after 4 cloudy and rainy days in a row. Although they say Friday will be a rainy day again before it clears up for the weekend. Anyone else starting to think about Easter? It's coming so quickly even though it's later this year than last year. I guess everything comes quickly this year. Hope everyone has a great day!!

Good Morning, Everyone!

Well, here we are, nearing the end of yet another month.
They come and go like ghosts.

And this morning sees us haunted by the latest count numbers:
Days to the Season: 230
Days to Christmas Day: 272

Now, focus on that first number. It tells us, not so subtely, that we are now INSIDE A MONTH to the 200-day Season Window and the beginning of a 100's level Season count sequence.
But even before that -- one day before, in fact -- we will arrive at the ONE-THIRD marker to Christmas Day 2017.
Yes, that's right, BACK-TO-BACK Milestones!
(Folks, this is an MMC exclusive. You will not find it on any other Christmas website!)

Beautiful weather here, yesterday. (If you can overlook the pollen, that is.)
We are getting some rain this morning, which should help out, however briefly, in the pollen abatement department.
Things have commenced here overcast, at 62 degrees.

Have a Terrific Tuesday, Friends!

Good Tuesday morning, Christmas friends!

Nancy had installed a new air freshener in the house after I left for work yesterday, and when I went home for lunch the house smelled like Christmas! I took Elizabeth to dance yesterday afternoon, and made our twice-weekly dreaded trip to Walmart. I did have Panda Express for supper, though, so it was a win for me!

We have customers coming for a visit today, so I better get to work. I hope y'all have a great day! :D

Mr. brought me a Baby Binks chocolate bunny yesterday. :)
But seriously ... also thinking prayerfully about Easter.

If you have a roasting pan or a big pot big enough to fit the rack in or at least half of the rack cause you can always rotate the rack. Fill the pot/pan with water and boil it with the rack inside, makes the cleaning the rack mush easier.
Thats what I ended up doing Minta.. used a big roasting pan. The brown sugar turns into granite..lol

Good morning MMC! Merry Tuesday!! So far it's been a dreary/rainy morning. The radar doesn't look like it should be raining, but it is!! We're supposed to have clouds all day, high of 55º! Hopefully it gets it out of it's system & we have a nice weekend.

Water is supposed to be turned on at the lake today. xx I was hoping to clean carpets out there tonight, but it's nice to do that when the weather is nice & I can open all the windows so it dries fast. I guess we'll see.

I hope everyone's day is off to a good start!!

We've had nothing but rain since last night, but at least no freezing rain. On the upside, it's helping to melt the snow faster.
Glad to hear you didn't have any freezing rain!!! xx Melt that snow - bring on spring!! :D

I made a couple homemade pizza dough's last year - found the recipes on allrecipes.com. They were good. They used yeast, but didn't need to be kneaded or anything. I let my kitchen aid do the kneading for me - lazy man's way! :D (here's the pizza crust recipes, IF you're interested)

My bread appears to have turned out really well this time. xx We haven't even tried it yet b/c we still had a little bit left from the loaves I made last week. I brought a loaf to Mom/Emma this morning...Emma's the real judge. LOL! ;) These loaves feel lighter than the 2 I made last week so I'm hoping they're good. xx

Good Monday evening! So happy the work day is over and that I have a day off tomorrow. It's going to be a quiet evening. Hope everyone is well.
ENJOY Your day off!!!! Give Loki a hug from me 'n Grace!
