My husband went to the doctor last night and found out he has the flu. Eek! I’m praying no one else gets it, I don’t want any sickness in this house next week. I’m supposed to host Easter, I would hate to have to cancel. Anyway, typical day here of errands and chores for me. I hope everyone has a wonderful day!

Ugh...oh no! Hope he is better soon and no one else get it. I thought we were almost done with flu season but one my daughter’s friends was diagnosed with it last week.
Happy Saturday! My husband has to go into work for a few hours so my daughter and I are going to go out to breakfast. I have to do some cleaning around the house and hopefully some relaxing! Have a great Saturday!

And can we truly be just TWO days away from completing the entire first QUARTER of our Christmas Day count, arriving there the DAY AFTER TOMORROW?
Well, 'tis true, 'tis true.
And then, not so long afterwards, our back-to-back markers number six and seven will arrive.
(We live in exciting times, Guys!)
Well, chilly and February-like conditions continue to prevail here as winter just is not ready to let go of us yet. In fact, we have yet another chance of light snow before the weekend's completion.
By the middle of next week however, we could be seeing temps in the 70's!
Our reading is 40 degrees here at this hour in the capital city under partially cloudy skies.

Oh man, that not good! I hope you all can get rid of that stuff and feel more like yourselves.
The Flu.... Sheeze, it’s getting late in the season for that. That’s gotta kind of tick him off just a bit. To go thru all of winter and to catch it now, in spring; that really bites!
I sure hope he recovers from it soon and that no one else catches it.
