A nice 73 outside at this hour.
Finally yesterday, our high topped out at 89. Actually felt cool.
We are starting to get dry again, though. The grass is taking on that fragile, parched look, if you know what I mean.

It is Friday. And after weeks of upheaval I'm so looking forward to a normal weekend. Weather should be 90 by Sunday, the first time we've hit that high here all year. It has been downright Seattle-like in Salt Lake the past month.

A "normal" weekend for me should be a lot of Christmas-building online...

90F?? The weather in the UK is so bouncy in the morning it would be miserable and afternoon sunny and warm... once or twice during the past week or so it has been tops of 27C but the last time it was as hot as 29C was 2 weeks ago the least... hope this isn't the end of the sunshine and warm weather - summer "technically" hasn't started yet :-?

A much better day here. Blue skies and the hi is suppose to be 75. It's about time...*L* Had a busy day with work yesterday. But I am off today so I will take a friend to a dental appt. and then go do some shopping. I hope everyone has a great day and a wonderful weekend. Happy Father's Day to all you fathers.

Hmm... very sunny in the UK but temperature-wise not very good recently... but really, the summer has only just started! =) To be honest, a lot of flowers in the various plants / bushes / small trees I have in my garden are dying-out (not the bush itself, just the flowers on it)... so I presume its the lack of quality warmth and weather... most stuff grown in the UK to be sold are in greenhouses though...

But err... you forgot something :-?...

TGIF folks!! I can't wait to get this day over with!! It's about 10am at work and I came in at 9:30! Well, at least I didn't get here any later! It's going to be in the 80s I think today. It rained last night and that made me happy, because that means they might ease off the water restrictions here in Georgia. Gosh! Who'd have thunk that there would ever be a drought in Georgia! Something screwy is going on with out planet!

:hello: Just my prediction, 145 days until Eggnog arrives again! Can't wait. Good thing they don't stalk it all year, I'd be putting on the weight instead of complaining about the wait.

I'm off work today, but wouldn't you know it's been raining and thundering this morning. Seems to be a break here right now, but it's supposed to return in the afternoon.

I have training again all day tomorrow, the last one for awhile.

Hope the rain eases up enough for me to walk over to the mall to pick up a gift for my dad. Likely something to do with Golf.

I can understand where you're coming from as last summer there wasn't enough water to supply water at normal levels so they made a ridiculous but needed "hose pipe" ban and you'd get fined if you used one...

Happy, happy FRIDAY!!! This week went so darn fast, I can't believe it's FRIDAY!!!! But I'm glad it is!! :hello:

I finished watching Deck The Halls last night. I thought it was pretty cute! Very Christmassy with all the lights!

It's looking like it's going to be a stormy day/evening here today. The 1st rain has gone through already. Got windy & dark this morning, but never stormed...just rain.

Happy Friday the 13th!

I hope everyone is having a fabulous day. We have had temps in the 90's for the past week. Today is only suppose to be around 87. Thank goodness! Maybe my air conditioner will turn off for half a second today. LOL!
