geesh Cedar be careful! You need to walk around with rocks in your pocket just in case ;)
Hope everyone is having a great start to the week, seeing those 1's in front of our countdown to Christmas should put a smile on everyones face. Have a good tuesday!

Thanks 2A, sounds like a plan! Heehahee!

Good Morning!

~Another thunderstorm and we better start building an ARK! So much rain!!
Too bad we can't run our cars on rain-water, right? Somebody told me yesterday that gas will be $5 a gallon by July 4th.

*Hi MamaDeb...think I'll take you up on that cup of Iced Coffee now...any banana bread left?

Enjoy!

:snowball:

Hey there Cedar, Iced coffee & Banana Bread on the way enjoy.

Small shower here at the moment but nothing to talk about, they are calling for a severe thunderstorm tonight, with high winds, hail, & lighting strikes. They just announced Tornado Warnings for areas to the East of us, will have to keep an eye on that since that is where my sister lives.
Have a great day everyone.

Good Morning!

Good Morning...Looks pretty nice out so far. Blue skies and very little wind. But that will change by this afternoon with thunderstorms, rain and even rain/snow mix by this evening. For all of you having the great weather send it this way please...*L Have a good day!

Quite early the least for Christmas but there's stopping us from listening to Christmas music and talking about it :). Anyway, here in the UK: very sunny and blue skies for the past few days but today somewhat cloudy but moderate temperatures...

Thanks for the Oz link, Cedar. That was interesting.

Ah! Relief here too, Dom!
After 4 straight days of 100 or 101, we are supposed to be at 90 today.
And of course, the A/C guy finally repaired my unit today, just in time for the cooler weather.
Oh, well!

Days to the Season: 155
Days to Christmas Day: 197
The 1/2 Chritstmas Day milestone is 2 weeks from today.

Have a Wonderful Wednesday, friends!
And yes, Holiday, as a reminder to all: From the peak of the week, the view to the weekend is great!

Hmm... Running a car on water. Hmm...
How about coffee? Expensive, but think of the octane jolt!
(But no. Bing would never allow it. Would mean less coffee for them to drink)

Hey Crown!!!

I just realized that you probably won't hear the dedication I gave to you on MerryChristmasRadio.com due to your not listening to Christmas music till the the season! So, I played Percy Faith's "Joy To the World" and thanked you for sending me the recommendation!!! Just wanted you to know!!!

Jay

Good Morning. Another dreary day outside here today. Grey skies and wind. I talked to my brother yesterday as well as another friend here in Montana who is a few hours from me and it was snowing where they live. The weather man did say rain/snow mix for us yesterday but all we got was rain off and on. I'm not complaining thou. I mean goodness it's June and it shouldn't be snowing at all...*L* If this weather continues it will be a Christmas in July that I won't forget..especially if I am outside shoveling it off the wallkway and my daughter outside in a snowsuit and making a snowman...*L* Well I hope everyone has a good day!:snowball:

Awww. Thanks, Jay.
I didn't know.

Oh Annette....I can't even imagine...SNOW!!!! :snowball:

Good afternoon!! Happy Hump Day!!! I'm loving the view!! To celebrate Hump Day, tonight I'll be watching "Deck The Halls"!! It came in the mail today. (Netflix) I can't hardly wait!!! :D

Have a wonderful day!!!

Wow Annette! I wish I were in your area!! It's soooo hot and muggy here! It's been in the high 90s for the past few days, but luckily, today it rained and cooled everything down!! Only problem is the draining humidity.

Shocking.
No one in the thread yet this morning. (Hmmm.... thought I was the sleepy one!).
Over 14 hours without a post!
And I was just noticing how close we are to 2,500 posts. At that rate, we are more than on pace to break 5,000 for the year!

Days to the Season: 154
Days to Christmas Day: 196
Now under 2 weeks to the 1/2 Christmas Day mark.

It was "only" 93 here yesterday.
Low nineties to upper eighties predicted for the balance of the week. A welcome relief from those triple-digits figures.

Have a Thrilling Thursday, one and all.
Don't forget to keep the spirit of the Season with you, always.

Morning everyone. The week is almost over! Yay!! What's everyone got planned for Fathers day? Any special weekend plans? Next week my job is starting us on a four day work week, which means I'll have to be at work for 10 HOURS A DAY, but only for four days. I'm excited about getting to catch up on my soaps and chill out on the boards on Friday though.

Hello you Nutter-Butters!

My computer finally died....my hard-drive broke. Right now, I am at the Library writing to you. It will be a couple days until I can replace my computer, so I will try and get to any workable computer to stay in touch.

I lost alot of photographs....bummer.
Take care my friends! Keep the Christmas fire burning!

:tree:

Happy ALMOST FRIDAY!!!! :???: It started out as an absolutely beautiful day, but now it is getting MUGGY!!! We're supposed to get some rain tonight, so maybe that will cool it off a little.

I watched about an hour of Deck The Halls last night. It is really cute so far!! Unfortunately I didn't sit down to start watching until after 11 PM last night, so I couldn't stay awake for the whole thing! Ah well...now I have something to look forward too tonight!

For Fathers Day we are having our annual party at the lake. My hubby & I host it every year & it's for my family & his. It's always a good time....boating, bean bags, hilbilly golf, etc. We have been very fortunate as far as the weather goes. Hopefully it will hold out again this year...it's supposed to be really nice!! I haven't decided if we are going to grill out, or if I'm going to make sandwiches in the crockpot! Decisions, decisions! Crock pot is easier b/c then we can spend more time out on the boats...we don't have to rush back to fire up the grills!! Anyone else with plans??

ReineV - we have several friends who work 4 - 10 hour days & they LOVE it!! I hope it works out well for you too!! 10 hours might get long, but oh to have a 3 day weekend, every weekend...how nice!

Cedar, I hope you make it back really soon! Sorry to hear about your puter!! REALLY sorry to hear about your pictures! How disappointing!

Ya'll have a great day!!
