Morning everyone,

Woke up with a rotten cold this morning, and didnt sleep too well last night. Fortunately a nice hot cup of java is soothing my throat!

Will be keeping my fingers crossed for the results of your test mammaduke, I'm sure we'll all be thinking of you!

Now just under 9 months to the day eh? Time sure is flying at the moment, I'm really excited about the start of the season this year, more so than usual! Probably because I have lots of plans in my mind for decorating the new house!

Anyway, hope you all have a great hump day!

Seems liked such a short time since we moved out of the 300's.

Forty-five for the morning commute but it's calm and the sun is shining. I expect a Northern Cardinal to burst into song at any moment!

Don't know about Virginia, but it is the state bird of NC.
Love their call.

Not only is the Northern Cardinal the state bird of NC and VA, it is also the state birds of IL, IN, KY, OH and WV.

Ahh Scoobie...Hope you start feeling better soon. Wishing you the best MMD.,,Hope everything works out for you. I was feeling lousy yesterday myself. Good Wednesday morning everyone. We ended up with a couple inches of snow this morning. I don't think it will stick around but then you never know when it comes to Montana weather. Hope everyone has a good day...before you know it the weekend with be here soon.

Fifty-one for the morning commute. Sunny with warm weather predicted - and the pine pollen is falling in earnest.

Shocking occurrence yesterday!
Was driving home to my condo when I saw lines of cars parked along my street (usually no one parks there). Then I saw the TV news trucks, then the fire trucks, then the smoke! The apartment building (12 units) next to my condo complex had burned down! For a split second as I rounded the curve, I thought it was my building (they look very similar).
No one hurt fortunately, but 29 people burned out of their homes. No cause determination yet but it looks like it started outside on the lawn (on pine straw) and spread to the building.
You just never know.

Crown ~ I'm glad it wasn't your condo! Also very glad nobody was hurt! Fire can be so devastating!

It's cold & rainy here today. They are calling for SNOW tomorrow!!! NO MORE SNOW!!! Yesterday was a beautiful sunshiney day!! I could use some more days like that!! But since it is cold & rainy, I would join Dom in a Christmas movie, if I were at home! This darn work thing.... After work I am getting together with friends to scrapbook our pictures from the cruise, so no Christmas movie in store for me, but that sounds really nice....
