Christmas Countdown - 2009

Good Morning, Everyone!
Welcome to the 2nd half of your weekend.

Let's get straight to the count:
Days to the Season: 26
Days to Christmas Day: 68
Getting down close to just 3 1/2 weeks to the Season!
It's really closing in, Folks!

Cold here this morning, where we stand at 46. Getting too chilly for a comfortable walk!
Only low to mid 50's predicted for a high today, but a nice warm trend is expected starting tomorrow.

Which brings me to another travel/absence alert.
With nice weather expected also at the coast, my father and I will make one last trip over to prepare our cottage for the winter.
We were lucky and found a nice older couple who wants to rent the place from November to April.
Not only does that mean more income, we won't have to worry about the place during the winter months!
Anyway, we will be leaving Tuesday morning (going to the Fair tomorrow!) and will return Friday. A countdown volunteer is needed for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings.

You are so lucky! It's been in the 80s here in Northern California. I wish we would get snow. I want to make snow cream!

YAY! It's snowing in Foxboro,where the Patriots are playing we took a ride and got some pics of it! Im so excited,I adore the snow.
I hope ya's ar enjoying your Sunday,As I am.Watching my team,carving pumpkins and enjoying some snacks.

Oh wow! Do you know that in two weeks from today it will be November 1st and I will start putting up my first tree?!?! I'm so excited!!! And in less than 3 weeks, I'll be leaving on vacation in Branson to kick off the season. It is getting so close that I can almost taste it!

Hope that everyone had a nice weekend. I was busy with work Friday and yesterday. Then today there was a store meeting. Definitely ready to kick back and relax tonight before starting the whole week over again tomorrow. The weather is supposed to get nice again tomorrow, though. We've been unseasonably cold here in St. Louis, but tomorrow through Wednesday we are supposed to be sunny and mid 60's. I can't wait. One last burst of warmth before winter hits...but at least that means Christmas is coming!

Really getting chilly now with the temp at 40.
Nice and sunny though, and it is supposed to reach 63 by this afternoon.
We will be off to the Fair later today, so the increased temps will be nice.

Our new-week count:
Days to the Season: 25
Days to Christmas Day: 67
Christmas Season 2009 - now barely over 3 1/2 weeks away!

Well Minta, if you want I can do Wednesday and you can do Thursday and Friday. I'm going to canada on a flight on the Thursday so that should work out quite good for me, That okay Minta?
