I thought I would pop in for a moment before I go to work. It is 39 degrees F this morning but it's suppose to warm up to 72. I am taking my Pre-K class on a field trip today to see a production of The Little Red Hen. It should be a lot of fun.

Hey everybody! It seems like I have not much good things to say these days. My weekend was really great until last night...my 3 month old son Dylan wouldnt fall asleep which is very unusual for him.. after about 2 hours I took his temp and it was over 103..this was about 11:30 pm..we called his doctor, gave him some Tylenol and it didnt go down so I spent the night and early morning (until 5 am) in the emergency room. He is still very warm but they did blood work, gave him the flu test etc and they seem to think its just a viral infection (probably the one my 2 1/2 year old son had last week) but with him being so young with a fever that high we had no choice but to take him to the ER. Im running on 2 hours of sleep and looking forward to my Mom coming over in a few hours to keep an eye on my 2 1/2 year old so that hopefully the baby and I can take a few hour nap. Not sure if I will be back on today but I hope everyone has a wonderful Monday. I cant believe we are in the season and next week is Thanksgiving! Yay!

Spent all day yesterday laying around not feeling good. Left class early because I was feeling so badly. I'm feeling much better today and I'm still just laying around! Gotta get some sleep though so I can go to work tonight on time. Hope everyone has a great week.

Good Evening Friends! Just wanted to drop in to say hey. I hope everyone had a nice weekend. It's chilly here this evening about 27 out. Feels much colder with the wind. I noticed a couple times this evening 4 police cars, 2 firetrucks and two ambulance headed out to the interstate. The snow was drifting from the fields and with the temps. dropping things tend to freeze and people seem to think they can still cruiz' at 75. I just pray everyone is ok. When s/o got off work this evening he mentioned he had heard they closed the interstate. I had gone out of town today and glad I made it back safe and sound and before dark. Have a good one!

Wow. Sounds like an intense snow storm! I'm glad you got home ok, too!

CHRISTMAS SEASON DAY # 4

Hi Everyone,
It's getting close to that time of year again and I'm in
the Christmas Spirit so thought I'd drop in and say hello to you all. It's a
chilly 49 degrees tonight in the outlying Seattle area. Have any of you seen snow yet? Well think I'll catch up with some of the posts here.

Hi Jeff! Hi ya Crown, Binge, Jay, Cedar and all the rest......and of COURSE Carl ! Auntie, I loved your post too about being 7 again. May we all keep
the little kid Christmas spirit alive and well within us!

And the Christmas Season is one of the few things in our life that lets that imprisoned little kid out. That's one of the most wonderful things about it!

Both amazing and sad that we are coming to the end of our special 2009 Christmas Milestones.

Chilly here in Raleigh at this hour where we stand at 46 degrees under calm, sunny skies.
We hit 73 yesterday and are supposed to reach 74 today before cooler weather returns tomorrow.

Another week - another step closer to Christmas.

Morning all! I had a nice weekend. I visited my in-laws on Saturday. It was nice to sit down and have lunch and catch up with them all day. On Sunday, I watched my beloved Steelers lose . And I started to feel sick on Saturday afternoon, so a lot of sleeping was going on throughout the weekend. I'm feeling much better now.

Today, I'm going to get a few things done on the computer here. And in the afternoon, I'll be out running errands (and buying Christmas lights!). I hope everyone has a wonderful day. I can't believe we're so close to the big day!!!

I say we move to Mooresville, NC, get hired on at HMS, and show them how to build a car that won't cut a oil line. We could also just hope that they look at the crew over the winter and make some changes and go test somewhere and figure this new car out.

My goodness! Nothing's worse that a sick child and you can't do anything to help. I can't tell you how many times I prayed that the Lord would take the pain from them and give it to me.
