It's been 3 weeks already since I came back for the first time this year and we are 3 weeks or so away from the season.....yep, it sure flies.
Christmas will be here before you know it.
9 weeks to Christmas Eve today!! Which is really what I count to as it all happens for me late Christmas Eve into the early morning hours.
I will have to pick up the shopping pace quite soon.

Good Thursday morning, my Christmas friends!
Have to brag a little. My son went deer hunting with his grandaddy (Nancy's dad) and bagged a six-point buck! This boy just turned 12 and he's already got a 6 point, 7 point and a 10 point...I'll never catch up to him!
It's a beautiful day here, upper 50's this morning, supposed to go to the upper 70's this afternoon.

Days to the Season: 22
Days to Christmas Day: 64
Gee. Three weeks from tomorrow - our glorious Christmas Season will be here!

Chilly once again here at this hour where we stand at 49, but we are again bound for the 70's by this afternoon.
It was a very nice 78 for a high yesterday under sunny skies. About the best you can get here this time of year.

Coach- Junior will be on QVC tonight between 7 and 9pm eastern. I wonder if he will be in a better frame of mind than he was last weekend when he was interviewed by ESPN.
I have not been that motivated this morning to do much but I need to run to the store today and then I have some paperwork to do for work. I will also be watching all of the christmas shows on QVC today and trying not to buy anything. Hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good morning, everyone!
We're getting closer. Ballcoach, you're correct about A Christmas Carol. It debuts in theaters November 6th, which is only two weeks away from tomorrow! I have to go and see if I can purchase a ticket for opening night in iMax soon! Kim and I are both excited. It will be a perfect way to seguay into the Christmas Season as it is only a week after that.
Overcast with plenty of rain in the forecast today. Only a high of 5C (41F). The cold rain will definitely be falling down. We're supposed to have two days into the 50s this weekend. One with rain and another with sun. I can deal with that.
My dad arrived yesterday around 7 PM, much later than expected. Apparently part of the highway was closed due to a tragic accident, which is very unfortunate. I am glad he arrived safely and it will be nice to have him around until next Monday. It should be fun times! Hopefully I will still manage to get some school work done, too, as I am a little behind.
It's hard to believe we're only 22 days from the Season. Three weeks will fly by incredibly fast. There is so much to do between now and then, movies, concerts, assignments and essays, too. I'll need to balance my schedule soon! Have a great Thursday, everyone!!

Mornin everyone! I just got an email from sweety. He's coming home sick today. 
I was going to get a lot of cleaning done, but with him on the couch watching movies all day, I'm probably going to join him.
When the choice is sit around or clean, I'll pick sit around any day of the week.

I'm looking forward to this movie, too!
What a long safety meeting! It was only supposed to be an hour long, ended up 2 hours. Part of it was about H1N1 and if we get even on person on our school bus with it, the bus gets taken out of service until it is completely cleaned and disinfected. We also now have special masks and gloves to wear when dealing with anyone who gets sick on the bus.
