Man, it was a god day but long....left here at 7:00 am and got home about 15 minutes ago! But it was a good day! So that makes it worth it! Well...gotta be up in about 6 hours...so I better run!

Morning Friends! just want to thank everyone who is in the Christmas card for all of them! It's been so much fun....hoping to put mine in the mail Saturday....got just a few more to finish up, but got ballgame duty every night this week (except for Wed)! Saturday is a big day for the wife and me....we got Christmas shopping, then to a little pizza place, and then go buy all of our groceries for turkey day.....it's alot of fun....can't wait!

CHRISTMAS SEASON DAY #5
Good Morning, All.
Don't you love this time of the Season?
It often seems to me this is the best part - I am listening to Christmas music, watching Christmas movies and still have the Raleigh Christmas Parade, Macy's parade, Thanksgiving and Christmas to look forward to.
Decorations are fresh and nothing has become "old" yet.
Really puts me in the Christmas spirit!
Days to Christmas Day: 38
ONE MORE DAY to the 90% Christmas Day mark.
That's the start of the Home Stretch to Christmas, Guys!
A bit cloudy here today for our last predicted dry day.
We stand at a chilly 48 currently but should reach the 60's by this afternoon.
Have a Teriffic Tuesday, Everyone!
Get out those Christmas movies and music collections and revel at being within our grand and glorious Christmas Season!

I have been absent the past few days. Although I have been slightly busy, I think I am just overexhausted with work, school and gym. I am running out of energy and am very much looking forward to finishing work for the year after this week or the next. Obviously, the excitement of the Christmas Season has helped guide me along through these days.
Speaking of which, decorations are up in the mall where I do my groceries. No Christmas music as of yet, however. Although I expressed my excitement to listening to Christmas music in the Season, I have been unable to listen to much. My iPod decided to stop working properly and I am currently left without any form of music with the exception of my computer, which I rarely listen to music on... Hopefully the iPod is revived soon!!
Well, it is looking to be a busy week. Essays, assignments and teachers college applications are due at the beginning of December. Hopefully I can get everything completed before deadline.

Wow we are already 5 days into the season. It seems like just last night that we all gathered here to ring in the season. The plan for today is to go out and work this afternoon. I was going to go this morning but it is raining and kind of dreary out. So I decided to wait and see if the rain clears out before I have to go. I hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's funny, I almost exclusively listen to music on my computer (right now it's Frosty the Snowman by Jimmy Durante), and in my truck. I'd don't even have an mp3 player, but my kids do.
It's overcast again today, but the temperature is still in the upper 60's. I hope it cools off soon. It's hard to listen to Christmas music while it's 85° outside with the A/C running!

Took a walk around Crabtree Valley Mall yesterday (getting some more photos for the Blossoms thread!) and the speakers were playing Bing Crosby's Merry Christmas album!
Not only that, but Santa is in residence.
