mine too, now that the family party is done I can relax today. Went briefly to the store when dropping off the bus and picked up another gift that was on sale for 1/2 price!! cheesy

Well.....CHRISTMAS SHOPPING IS DONE!!!! All the food is bought...all the gifts are bought....and I've only got 5 or so more to wrap....the next five days will be nothing but enjoyment and relaxation. Have a day and a half of work to do tomorrow...but that's ok...I will be able to get alot done with kids at home....
Wife is on her way home from visiting with her parents....need to clean house up before she gets here....talk to yall later!

We are supposed to get snow every day this week. They are saying that christmas eve and christmas day could get nasty outside.

Alot of the stores are already starting to mark down the christmas stuff to 50% off. I don't have much money until thursday so I hope they don't sell out of everything I hoped to get. I did pick up a set of countdown blocks yesterday that has a santa sitting on top of them that sings we wish you a merry christmas.

Just think of this, Johnor: On Jan 1, we will begin the count to Christmas Season 2010, and will be only 16 days away from the 200-day window at that time!
(Realize, of course, that the countdown to Christmas Season 2010 has been silently running since November 13!)
Hi everyone...we had a beautiful evening yesterday...We went to our yearly Christmas song thing yesterday....It´s between two of our oldest churches....on the towers of those churches musicians with trumpets and such play Christmas songs and the specatators are standing on the street between those towers.....while they were playing the christmas songs it was snowing...and Kandice and I were playing in the snow....she reallly loved it
Morning everyone! 4 days to go!!!! cheesycheesy I've still got baking left to do so today I shall be making sugar cookies, I've never made them before so fingers crossed they turn out ok! 
My husband has an awful cold and he's having to stay home from work today so in between baking I shall be looking after him making sure he's taking his medicine (he's so stubborn and normally refuses to take anything!! lol)

Getting so close, I can hear the bells.
Just barely over HALF A WEEK.
Golly Gee!
Even colder this morning, where we have been stuck at 29 degrees for the last couple of hours.
It is sunny and calm, however, with no precip for the foreseeable future.
(Actually, a bit of snow for Christmas Eve/Day would be nice but we never hold our breath for that around these parts. Have not had any snow fall on those 2 days in the 41 years we have lived here.)
Well have a Marvelous Monday, Everyone.
We are into it, Guys! The last (partial) week until Christmas!!
(How could it be otherwise so close to Christmas??)

I worked and shopped all weekend, and I just got a message from my biggest customer (of my side-business) that they want a lot of stuff done before Christmas. I was hoping to be able to spend time with my family, but you gotta do what you gotta do, I guess. Maybe it won't be too bad.
It's very cold here, frost on the ground & ice on the windshield. That doesn't happen very often! I'm just glad it's not raining right now, whew!

Ohhhhh, good morning my Christmas friends!!!! :hi: You have no idea how much I have been missing all of you & this website!!! I'm not really sure what happened, but life exploded & I have had such little time for the internet!!! Guess we've been busy Christmassing!!! It's been a SUPER month filled with lots of friends & family time!!!! My computer at home has been moving like a turtle so it about drives me crazy to get on at night & I haven't been able to get on much at work either!!! Santa is bringing me a new laptop for Christmas...that Santa!!! :smile: I'm pretty excited about that!!!
